Prepaid shipping label

Anyone else having an issue with the prepaid shipping label to send back a jump upgrade phone?  The link to print this label has said "service unavailable please try again another time" for over a week.   I contacted customer service and they tried to email me the label but have not gotten any emails.   I speculate this has something to do with Assurant providing the label mailing.   

Getting desperate so I am not charged with two phones.   Would even accept a screenshot of the label at this point.

    Have you checked your spam folder for your e-mail?  If it isn't in there.  Try reaching out to the T-Force Team by sending T-Mobile a DM on either Facebook or Twitter.

    same here. Nothing in spam or trash folder.
