It's possible. It can also depend on how many orders come in at once. If there's a lot, then the system has to play catchup. It might be worth checking again tomorrow afternoon. If you still don't see it. Reach out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter and have them look into it for you. You can also call Customer Care at 611 as well, if you prefer.
Were you able to get any info as to what happened? I also had that happen to me and they can't find the purchase even when I gave them my card info. It's not showing up on their system and I never got an email confirmation for the order,but they did withdrew the money from my bank account when I tried to make the purchase online.
