no order confirmation

I placed an order for a new phone online three days ago. I still have not received an email confirmation of any sort. Also, T-Mobile can't find the order in their system with the order number I provi...

    It's possible.  It can also depend on how many orders come in at once.  If there's a lot, then the system has to play catchup.  It might be worth checking again tomorrow afternoon.  If you still don't see it.  Reach out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter and have them look into it for you.  You can also call Customer Care at 611 as well, if you prefer.
