unfulfilled promises

HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE 1YR AGO MNGR KACYE CAJA UPGRADED 2 FLIP 3 TO FLIP Z 4 & PROMISED ON OCT 21 2022 THAT IT WOULD BE FREE FOR 1 YR & SHE WOULD REMOVE MONTHLY INSTALLMENT AS WELL ...NEVER HAPPENED HAVE TO CALL MONTHLY FOR CREDIT WASTE 1HR EXPLAINING SEND EMAIL TO OTHER REPS AND OVER 365 DAYS LATER STILL NOTHING FIXED . DEMAND TO GET THIS TAKEN CARE OF SO I CAN BRING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE T-MOBILE YOU WILL LOSE 7 LINES AND STILL NOBODY HAS CALLED . THIS COMPANY NEED TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF BETTER RATHER THAN JUST APOLOGIZE FOR CONTINUOS MISTAKES.
