update my s21 ultra and esim
Good morning, I have a S21 Ultra and I don't have any updates. If I buy the T-Mobile chip, will it let me update the phone? And how do I acquire a chip? I'm from Mexico?
Devices get updatres from the manufacturer. This updates are available regardless of the SIM card you have in the device. If your device is rooted or if the bootlader is unlocked. That can prevent you from receiving updates. If that isn't the issue. You might want to try a factory reset of the device to see if that fixes whatever the issue is. There are also ways to flash a fuly up to date version of the firmware.
