Upgrade for my Samsung Galaxy A10e

Good afternoon, I was wondering if I would be able to get my Samsung Galaxy upgraded for no additional charge. I've tried numerous times online but pricing is quite high even for one line/phone.

I’ve spoken with Verizon, they offer two/lines phones and the plan is slightly higher but worth it when pricing in just one phone with T-Mobile.
