Virtual Costco Shop Card - Redeem now not working
Dear Team, I received the email to redeem the Costco Tmobile Virtual Card, but the Redeem now link is not working and giving me "404 Page Not Found" error. Kindly help with the same.
Hey there! Getting a broken link like that makes it feel like your virtual card is so close yet so far away. 😭
The good news is that there is help available. Most people on the Community like to use our T-Force team from the social media platforms to get direct account help. Send a direct message to one of the social media accounts linked at the bottom of this page and I am sure that they would be able to easily review the promotion approval and get a new link sent to you. We also have the customer support team over the phone if you want to call in.
