T-Mobile sucks
4 Topicswhy does t mobile suck
I can be in Chicago, south bend or Indianapolis and have full 5G bars with absolute no service. There is no reason, if I have 3 bars on 5G, why my text messages will not go through. I have been trying for 2 hours to clock back into my Workforce App, with absolutely no luck. Outside, inside, on the balcony, on top of my truck, out in the middle of the road and up at the Clubhouse. All 5G and absolutely no signal. If yall tell me again "turn your phone off".. how about yall stop lying about the service you provide.521Visto2likes7ComentariosInternet residencial
I have been having t mobile home internet issues for a while apps say I have no internet everything slow. I contract t mobile more then 30 times in a month. I opened 3 support tickets all say wait tell the network is upgraded but they don'thave any plans for the network to be upgraded. Even T mobile executive teamsays wait tell the network is upgraded. They don'tknow how long. When I restart the modem, I get good speeds for 5 Minties then it drops. every time I call, they say to wait tell the network is upgraded I emailJonFreier no response I dm him on twitter no response. I told everybody on Twitter not to get t mobile home internet. I don'tknow what else to do I filled a complaint with the FCC that's how I got the t mobile executive who says wait tell the network is upgraded but won'tgive me a date becauseThey don'tknow. Does anyone else have any Ideas on what I can do.203Visto0likes4ComentariosNetwork - continuously - doesn't stay connected
This is a long one - this has been ongoing for almost a year now. At work - I no longer stay connected to the T-Mobile network. I had NO issues with network connection before the big "5G" roll out while at work. The last conversation with a T-Mobile tech person - was to send me a phone that did not have "5G" capabilities. No change - I miss calls, texts, etc. while at work. The phone kicks me off the T-Mobile network ALL the time while at work. In fact, I can't make any calls out from my cell phone right now. In order to verify information - I had to use my email that I could access on my work computer. I have moved past frustration and now I am the anger part - I am paying a bill for services that I can only use in certain areas! And I don't care what Dolly had to say about T-Mobile during the Super Bowl - in my opinion - she is representing a company that cannot resolve my network connection issue while I am at work. I can't contact any body right now at T-Mobile for assistance because I am at work - no freaking signal. Anyone have any suggestions? The only reason I haven't cancelled my service through T-Mobile is because I have 5 lines on the account and I am the only one that has an ongoing issue - but I am getting closer to cancelling my account with them. Thank you, Beth529Visto0likes4Comentarios
