I Have been having peoblems using my Direct Carrier Billing, and I would like to know as to why this is happening. It worked perfectly fine before. I would also appreciate it if you tell me how to fix iit.I have the netflix on us thing by tmobile and an expert said that i could not use these two features together. It's been 5 calls I made and spent 45 minutes to place a request to add my spouse name to bill who uses one of the lines. Her license approval for her small business is pending due to this!!!! I'm sunce 20 years with t-mobile and it's still not added and her deadline is tomorrow. Customer service said it will be there by in24 hours 3 days ago and again by today Morning. My line's been suspended and I can't reactivate it through the app because "something doesn't match" T-mobiles records. I tried paying m over due fee as a guest but nothing came of it and I can't get my money back.
