bank account
4 TopicsBank payments being reversed
Two months in a row now (at a cost of $90 so far to me), my payment has been processed, deducted from my t-mobile bank account last monththen the payment was reversed just in time to give me late fees and drop my auto-pay discount. I tied calling but when they said a 7 minute wait time, waht they really meant was an hour. I've reentered the bank information twice now. My bank statement shows the payment went through, but rather than wait to have it reversed, I'd like to get some help (and get my $90 back). I can make the payment (again), but I need to have whatever is wrong in the system resolved so I don't have to keep going through this. The ONLY reason I set up the t-mobile bank account was to mkae this payment, but I need it to work.159Visto0likes4ComentariosWhy T-Mobile still charged me after i paid payment arrangement before its due ?
Hi ! So, I setup a payment arrangement and then I paid the first, half before the due date and TMOBILE still charged me ? Does the company not understand that people are living paycheck-to-paycheck. Life happens ! Having a phone is mandatory in today's world because every service demands it ? ANYWAYS!!! I did call customer service and the repsaid " it's best not to make partial payments /pay anything , if you set up a payment plan because the system will not cancel it. " And THEY DID NOT REFUND ME EITHER FOR THE DOUBLE CHARGE. They just applied it to what I owed. Mad slick . Then also, Even tho I put a block on TMOBILE they still somehow got around and finesse their way to double charge me. I remember when , any payment made would cancel a payment arrangement.267Visto0likes0ComentariosI don't want to give T-Mobile access to all of my bank accounts transactions.
I went to set up ACH payments for T-Mobile to connect to my chase account, but as part of the setup Chase let me know that T-Mobile was requesting access to see all of my account balances and transactions…that is NOT needed for them to just auto debit from account and is really adeep invasion of my privacy.263Visto0likes2ComentariosNew billing policy
How is it that the FCC would allow T-mobile to start up-charging their customers if they're using a credit card which provides certain protections against fraud? T-mobile allowed my information to be compromised a year ago and I'm still dealing with the issues every day in the form of scam calls, texts and emails. But now T-mobile wants access to my bank account???!!! Definitely considering changing carriers. That is the most absurd business decision they have made. I believe everyone that had their information stolen because of T-mobile's lack of security should pursue legal action against the company! Defnitely a class action lawsuit viable for their lack of privacy protection and lack of response to the issues experienced by those who were the true victims in this matter.111Visto0likes3Comentarios
