can't receive calls
8 TopicsSamsung phone suddenly will not receive calls
So I have had this phone for about a year connected to T-Mobile without any issues until last month, where it and another phone on the line lost connection and could not use mobile data, however we fixed it at the store. But recently just randomly, my phone specifically will not receive calls, but the strange thing is that mobile data works and I can make and receive texts, and also make calls, I just can't receive the calls. When someone attempts to call, it rings but on my phone the 4G LTE icon at the top turns into a blocked icon and then returns to the normal 4G LTE icon and the call ends. We went to the store and they changed the sim but it did not work, and they just told me to upgrade my phone (I did not buy the phone at T-Mobile). So now I cannot receive any calls from anyone, and it is kind of frustrating and my phone is not that old (it's a Samsung A32 4G). At the store they put the sim card in another phone and it worked however, and they said that it's my phone. If so how can I fix it if I can? Any help is appreciated, thank you.4.6KViews0likes20Comentariosincoming calls are blocked

My son and I are both having issues with our Samsung Phones receiving calls. A Note 8 and a Note 10+. Either they are not ringing at all and going right to voicemail or they ring, but unless you're looking at your phone, you'd never know you were getting a call. There is no ring to notify us of calls. Yes, sound is turned on. We have tried toggling on and off wi-fi calling doesn't make a difference. Please help, this has been going on for like a month. The fact that we're both having this issue, lets me know it isn't just our devices.Solved1KViews0likes10ComentariosMoto G 5G won't receive calls
got my Moto G 5G directly from T-Mobile. I did NOT get a new SIM card with it…just moved the SIM from my old phone… Started out just fine, but after a couple of days, I was not able to receive any calls. The calls just roll to voicemail, which of course, really angers my wife… So.. any thoughts? It seems to happen either when on WIFI or not. I saw some of the other comments on here and I don't see a setting for VO LTE. I HAVE switched WIFI calling off…no change… It seems stupid since it was supposed to be a deal from T-Mobile…I moved the SIM back to my old phone and when putting it back, it seems to work now, but I know it'll probably just be a matter of time before i can't receive calls again...499Visto0likes3ComentariosNoboby can call me unless if i restart my phone. Happens everry day.
Its hard to notice this unless someone texts me becausethey can not reach me and it goes to voicemail but this is what's happeningfor a while now. Something happens to my phone overnight while I charge it and no one can call me. Today I realized my phone was showing no bars. Dunno why is this happening. I dont run any apps or profiles specifically made for night time. Obviously no need to ask if i tried to restart the device.... I have to in order to be able to receive calls. I have yet to try cycling airplane mode instead of restart. Btw i have a samsung z flip 5g with latest updates123Visto0likes5Comentariosmobile network unavailable
I've got a Moto G Stylus 5g 2021, AT&T branded but network unlocked. I cannot place or receive phone calls at all. A couple days ago I managed to seemingly fix it by going into advanced Mobile Network settings and switching to the AT&T network, which said unavailable, and back to the T-Mobile network, but that was in town and when I got home it didn't work anymore. I've tried that again, except switching to the Verizon network since there isn't any AT&T at my house, but when I switch back to T-Mobile I get a notification that the mobile network is unavailable. My phone is showing full bars of 5g on the T-Mobile network but I still cannot place or receive phone calls. I've tried updating my APNs with the info provided on T-Mobile's own website and it did nothing. Someone on another forum suggested turning on VoLTE but I don't have that option in my settings and the number provided on another forum to access hidden menus didn't work either. I am at my wit's end here, and I need to be able to make calls.73Visto0likes0ComentariosSwipe to accept the call, call timer remains on 00:00, call is dead already.
I have been ATT customer at the same address for 15+ years. Last month changed to T-Mobile with brand new iphone 15 pro and having many technical issues. once a day its either a call drop, not able to hear other party or call not going through at all. Recently, a new technical issue popped up. When receiving call, I swipe to accept. I can not hear other side, so when I check screen, the call timer remains on 00:00!! The person left a VM and that arrived NEXT Day full 24hr later. It was a highly important call and I am SO FRUSTRADED. No one died, otherwise instead of this forum, I would be on legal law firm forum, andthinking aboutservicemillineries use!?26Visto0likes0Comentarios2 hours to cancel plan that isnt working
I had print then T-Mobile took over my phone has always needed people to call twice the first call went straight to voicemail. Now people are calling three times and it's not coming through. I can call but no one can call me. I'm paying $60 for terrible service. It takes two hour to get a hold of costumer service and you can't even cancel online. For the cherry on top when my line was transferred from sprint to T-Mobile they decided I was no longer paying off my phone but leasing it for 12 a month. So little did i know I'm not even able to take my phone with me when I leave. Absolutely the worst deal I've ever gotten. I was either lied to by sprint telling me I was paying off my phone or when the switch happens T-Mobile decided my phone was theirs.14Visto0likes0Comentarios
