Re: Extremely long (multiple hours) hold times during the past week --- why?
Exactly they don't want people to be able to cancel their accounts it's should be illegal. I can't believe how corporate companies are. Wish we could go back in time and fight to get more laws to protect against these evil entities. My line doesn't even work been on hold an hour because you can't cancel online. There are so many sites you can cancel online there is no reason but to make it hard.15Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: How long to wait to talk to customer tech support
They told me a didn't time every time I called also told me my pin that I was reading off my profile on their page wasn't correct. I entered it so many times not a user error. Also how can they make you wait that long when you can only cancel your account online. It should be illegal to make it a that hard to cancel your shitty service.5Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Anyone else have horrible in store experiences?
I wanted to go in to figure out why I can't receive calls but when I looked at the reviews for the stores near me I changed my mind. Why are they sooo creepy. Like empty with one meth addict at the counter. straight up one star reviews.. I would go mint mobile or even xfiniti they don't make it impossible to cancel your plan that isn't even working.6Visto0likes0Comentarios2 hours to cancel plan that isnt working
I had print then T-Mobile took over my phone has always needed people to call twice the first call went straight to voicemail. Now people are calling three times and it's not coming through. I can call but no one can call me. I'm paying $60 for terrible service. It takes two hour to get a hold of costumer service and you can't even cancel online. For the cherry on top when my line was transferred from sprint to T-Mobile they decided I was no longer paying off my phone but leasing it for 12 a month. So little did i know I'm not even able to take my phone with me when I leave. Absolutely the worst deal I've ever gotten. I was either lied to by sprint telling me I was paying off my phone or when the switch happens T-Mobile decided my phone was theirs.
