How long to wait to talk to customer tech support
Ok, I have been waiting, ( they appreciate my patience), over 1 ½ hours. First ½ waiting for the call back, now I sit with my phone on waiting while the most awful loud music plays. 41:45 minutes, " ...
They told me a didn't time every time I called also told me my pin that I was reading off my profile on their page wasn't correct. I entered it so many times not a user error. Also how can they make you wait that long when you can only cancel your account online. It should be illegal to make it a that hard to cancel your shitty service.
