What happened to the long discusion on the new pricing?
There was a very long thread about the new $5 increase on accounts that were told their rate was locked for life. When I went to see it today, it now says I do not have access to that thread. Can others still see it? I'm curious if it's pulled entirely or I have been kicked off it for some reason?
This link used to work. Do others still have access? And if I've been booted, how do I appeal that and to who?

Hey everyone. I sincerely apologize. There were a ton of conversations all over the place for the same topic, so I consolidated a lot of them into one thread. I intended to make the information a little easier to find without having to read a bunch of different threads.
Unfortunately, I didn't realize that I must have mixed up another setting and hid the board altogether. I will totally own up to that as my mistake. I just fixed the board, and you should now be able to see that conversation as well as all the other posts on the Postpaid>Billing board.
Again, I am so sorry for my mix up. Thank you for pointing out that you couldn't see it so I could fix it. I want everyone to be able to come to the Community and have their voices heard.

It looks like T-Mobile didn’t like the discussion.

I've searched the web and can't find any mention of "T-Mobile 55+ for Life" anywhere. Appears they're scrubbing the www as well? Possibly gearing up for litigation...maybe?

I'm sure that I've ruffled enough feathers over the past decade to removed from that discussion - possibly with mention of BBB and others, which don't typically bode well for T-Mobile's support model. TBH, I'm actually surprised that T-Mobile hasn't completely booted me from their community pages. Mods such as @HeavenM might have an idea.
You are a household name I like seeing on these boards. There is nothing wrong with genuine complaints. Companies can always do better and T-Mobile is no exception. Unlike most and why I like these boards, is because the company allows even the most ridiculous and overly dramatized complaints to remain.
There is a lot T-Mobile gets right in my opinion. @HeavenM and past community managers, like Mike, have been an exceptional contributing part of this community. T-Mobile is still a business at the end of the day though and a business must remain profitable to survive.
T-Mobile does a lot that they don't have to do to be more in touch with today's customers while other companies do just the bare minimum to try and feel relevant. You can see that diversity and inclusivity in their workforce, branding, and corporate identity nationwide.

Link still works. If you got booted you wouldn't of been able to create this post.

I can’t get to it either. Error says

Sorry, you have no access to this page.

They are covering their tracks.

Last post on the thread was 22 hours ago so you need to keep scrolling to get to it.

I scrolled way back and can't find it that way either. So they deleted it. Wow. No matter, they aren't listening anyway. The important discussion on this is happening off site in consumer advocacy forums, since it's clear some outside action will be required to get resolution.

Here's the link and a couple of screenshots that it's still there.
