I recently moved to a much more congested area in another state near a big city. I need to cancel my Mobile Hot spot because it seldom works without significant buffering or drop-outs. I also have T-Mobile cell phone service which works OK. How do I do this? I currently have a device balance of $119 which I'm willing to pay to simply cancel the subscription plan. Thanks for any help anyone can give...frustrated!202Visto0likes0ComentariosCan't Cancel Internet
Back in May (now August 2024) I dropped off my home internet equipment at my authorized store. They told me that I needed to call the provided number to cancel my service. I have tried many times to do this to no avail.I do not have my 6-digit pin. I know my username and password to get a new pin, but I can't get into my account without providing my T Mobile phone number, which I never had. I am getting charged monthly for a service in which I am not using and returned all equipment for. Calling customer services gets me nowhere. I live 94 miles from the nearest store and that is their only solution for me. I don't understand how they can continue to charge me for an account I do not even have access to.141Visto0likes1ComentarioWhy is Sprint charging my deactivated account?
I have moved to Canada where Sprint is not available, and switched carriers ages ago. I don't have the SIM card or really any of the security crap they would like me to have when I call them. I finally had the right to deactivate my account in "my sprint" after Tmobile acquired them. At the time I paid off the $60 bill remaining on my account and assumed i was done with them. Today my parents found a letter from a collector looking for $130. I check my account and sure enough they have been billing me since October, and up to May when my USA bank account was finally closed. An someone please tell me what I'm missing here? Why have I been getting charged for months on a dead account?72Visto0likes0ComentariosT-Mobile Hotspot Usage Bug with Tidal Streaming
I have been having issues with Tidal streaming on my Samsung S24 since February '24. I have determined that the data that Tidal is using to stream music is being recognized as "hotspot data" by T-Mobile. Each carrier billing cycle the T-Mobile system sends me a message stating I have hit my hotspot data cap. At that time Tidal becomes extremely slow and encounters buffering issues. All of my other applications work perfectly fine, I have unlimited data with my T-Mobile plan (Magenta Max55+), but for some reason, Tidal is using hotspot data or its data usage is being miscategorized as hotspot data. On my phone hotspot data usage reported is 0GB month over month. I never use my hotspot. Something weird is going on here, I am not sure if it is on the Tidal side in how it requests data or on the T-Mobile. I need help in having this issue investigated and escalated to the appropriate parties (Either at Tidal, T-Mobile, or maybe even Samsung). I have attempted to inform T-Mobile but they their phone support seems ill-equipped to handle uncommon technical problems. I am not sure if this will ever be resolved. I suppose in T-mobiles eyes this would be like a "P4" priority. Unless there is some security risk involved I doubt they will care.
