10 TopicsSynchUp Watch not charging
My child's watch charges perfectly fine some nights, other nights it dies while on the charger all night. Wake up and battery is at 5% or something ridiculous. Super annoying. Defeats the whole purpose of having it when it is unusable. If you reset the watch while leaving it on the charging cradle it will begin to charge just fine after the reset. Just a quirk that really stinks when you don't catch it. Anybody else experience this intermittent charging issue. It seems to be pretty regular lately.3.6KViews3likes13ComentariosNeed charging cable for SyncUp Tracker
Long story short -- dog chewed up charging cable for my new SyncUp Tracker, can;t find replacement. Not listed among charging accessories on T-Mobile site, not found on eBay, etc. using Internet search. I know this is a CoolPad rebranded tracker of some sort, no lucksearching their website, no similar model exists. Cable is magnetic, has 5 pins and all I've found online underCoolPad brand only have 4 pins. ¡Ayuda!2KViews1like5ComentariosSync Up Kids Watch not charging after April update unless rebooted
Last week the watch downloaded and update with no notice before hand that it was going to two days after purchasing. Thatshouldn't be allowed unless I approve it via the app for numerous reasons but anyway the bigger problem is, ever since it will not charge unless you power it off and then stick it on the charger. At that point it turns itself back on and starts charging. It's very annoying at this point of only having had the watch a full 7 days now and having to do this for the last 4. Anyone else having this issue and resolve it? Do I need to default it? Anyone know how to roll back the update?739Visto0likes2ComentariosSync Up kids watch not charging at 4 month mark
Just really annoyed that my kids Sync Up watch is not charging for the last two days. It is on the cradle, being hooked to a charger for the last two days and the watch still says low charge and wont budge from that message. What can I do at this point? I have tried two different cable and charger.401Visto0likes2ComentariosUSB Preferences
I been charging my Google phone like I using do for the last two years and everything was fine. One day it stopped charging for some odd reason and it took me a day or so to figure out that a feature called "USB Preferences" which is something very new but I never wanted it or I downloaded it. So now when ever I try to charge my phone up sometimes it will charge at its usual pace or sometimes it will charge very slow which it never done that before. There are times it won't charge and I have to find this option on my phone to make it charge at all (the picture I shared will show what I mean now). Is there a way I can try to resolve this issue? I don't like it when I have to activate the charging process using USB Preferences which makes no sense now. I am even considering in the future when I get a new smart phone I can use a charger pad instead of using a cable. Any advice of how to resolve this now I really appreciateit.204Visto0likes6ComentariosWhy is Sprint charging my deactivated account?
I have moved to Canada where Sprint is not available, and switched carriers ages ago. I don't have the SIM card or really any of the security crap they would like me to have when I call them. I finally had the right to deactivate my account in "my sprint" after Tmobile acquired them. At the time I paid off the $60 bill remaining on my account and assumed i was done with them. Today my parents found a letter from a collector looking for $130. I check my account and sure enough they have been billing me since October, and up to May when my USA bank account was finally closed. An someone please tell me what I'm missing here? Why have I been getting charged for months on a dead account?72Visto0likes0ComentariosCharging Components
Does Samsung have an adapter (charging block) that meets the 25W PPS PD3.0 standard? If so, what's the model number of the adapter? Does Samsung have a 15W Super Fast wireless charging pad (NOT a 15W Fast wireless charging pad)? If so, what's the model number? Please advise. Many thanks.53Visto0likes1Comentario
