Hello there My name is Gabriel and i am from Austria, visitng the USA somewhat regularly I have a question about prepaid mobile internet and the connectivity with my device In 2019 and 2022 i bought mobile internet devices from verizon (the 2019 got called back) that so far provided me in excellent service However, in 2023, when I visited the USA again, I wanted to get another purchase another 1 time pre paid plan, but this time the nice man at the counter couldn't finish the process with my European card nor phone number (which used to work fine from 2019-2023) Thankfully a friend from the US came over and helped us out Ever since the aforementioned events of 2023 i cannot regain acess to "My Verizon", so i looked around to other servcice providers When i did an "IMEI-identification" it says :"Your device is partially compatible with the T-Mobile network-you can still use this device on the T-Mobile network, but it's functionality may be limited." So my question is, since I will visit this September: will I be able to bring my device to a T-Mobile store, open a new account, get a one-time pre-paid internet plan that is compatible with my current deviceand pay with my European card I can provide an US address too, I just can't provide a US card though Thank you so much in advance Gabriel171Visto0likes3ComentariosConectivity with my device and payment options

Hi. My partner and I recently moved to the US from Hong Kong, where we had purchased our unlocked Samsung Galaxy A33 5G and A34 5G phones. In the US, we have subscribed to a T-Mobile 5G plan, and had checked the device IMEI's beforehand on the T-Mobile website, which says both devices are fully supported on the T-Mobile network. Both devices, however, are unable to connect to 3G/4G/5G data, and can only connect on Edge. I've tried resetting the connection settings on both devices, and have checked the APNs to make sure they have the correct details (they do). I have also made sure both phones have been updated to the latest Samsung software, and have tried restarting multiple times whenever I've made a change to the settings. I am genuinely perplexed as to why these fully unlocked phones which T-Mobile says are supported are unable to connect to the 3G/4G/5G networks. We went back to the T-Mobile store where we bought the SIMs/plan, and their only advice was to buy new unlocked phones. Does anyone have any other ideas before I spend a bunch of money on what seems like should be a solvable problem?272Visto0likes0ComentariosUse My Galaxy Tab A at T-Mobile
Will I be able use my new (IOB & Plastic Wrapping)Sprint Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (T-SM517P) at T-Mobile? I tried using the "Bring You Own Device" in the T-Mobile App but got a message saying "Unable to check at this time". T-Mobile took over sprint, so I wouldthinkthat there *would not*be a problem using Sprint devices at T-Mobile. If anyone has gone throughsomething similar I would appreciate if you shared your experience with me, thank you.36Visto0likes0ComentariosWhy is my phone incompatible with the T mobile network even though I was using it on the network 2 days ago?
I have a Samsung Galaxy A70 that was bought overseas which was compatible with the T mobile network. However, I transferred the number over to another carrier but found out it did not work, so I switched it back to T mobile within ~2 hours. The problem is that since then, my phone has failed to connect to the T mobile network. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?440Visto0likes1Comentario
