12 Months in Korea
I have a Samsung S23 and S24 from TMobile - currently paying off. Tmobile reps told me my phonewill work just fine in South Korea but someone *in* South Korea tells me that's not true and I'll have to get a new plan when I arrive. I am SO confused. This is my first phone plan and the reps have not been very helpful. Can someone please shed light on the subject for me?
Brooklyn 18th ave Branch
I went to 18th ave in Brooklyn, NYto switch plans from Att to T-Mobile. I had 4 lines and wanted new phones. It was quite complicated. The staff there Lewis Fields was extremely helpful and patient. He literally spent like 4-5 with me. Explained all the perks that were available. I have to write this review and express my gratitude!!! Turns out this man speaks 3 languages. Many of the customers that day were looking for him. I am so glad he was my salesperson that day. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. Thank you Lewis!!! Saamiya S was amazing! She was the most knowledgeable person I have spoken with between T-Mobile in person 3 times, Apple, and Best Buy. I was able to chat with her online and resolve all of my complicated issues with setting up a new phone on an existing line without the old phone accessible and with login issues. She took a great deal of time assisting me with every step and was so polite and kind. It's been the best customer service I've had in a long time. She needs a promotion, raise, bonus or something.Thank you!
