9 TopicsStill getting F451 Error on Browser & Phone App
I have been getting the F451 error "Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Please try again later" on any and every attempt to access my account either online OR through the phone app. I've been working with a customer service rep for this, who has submitted multiple tickets, and so far, there has been no fix. One response was "User is not registered". Well, no. The system shows that I don't have one, but when I attempt to create one (despite having one for years prior) it gives me that error message. The fact that it is happening on the browser (Chrome and Edge) and on my phone app makes me think that it is not related to ad blockers. Any recommendations? I do not want to have to call for every single question, concern, phone upgrade, plan upgrade.2.4KViews0likes6ComentariosError F451"our wires crossed" for weeks - when will it be fixed?
This error has been has been a part of T-Mobile for years, coming and going. ¿Cuándo se solucionará? My situation: I have a T-Mobile ID with 3 accounts. I can login athttps://account.t-mobile.com/signin/v2and am presented with the chooser page, to branch into one of my three accounts. One account is Home Internet, postpaid. That one works. The other two are a pre-paid phone plan and a pre-paid data plan. Clicking any of these runs into the F451 error page. The error happens on Chrome, Safari, Firefox. The cause is definitely not on my end, and the error itself says "to come back later". So I cannot check bills, nor change or extend plans, nor check data usage. This is so very unprofessional. All the access worked well in the mid of February. How can a website break so badly and for so long.. ugh… And no, Iwill not fiddle with my browser cache etc., this has all been tried before by many other users and does not help. And no, I cannot access the pre-paid accounts from neither my phone nor iPad (data), and the T-Mobile app cannot access the pre-paid accounts either.15KViews5likes12ComentariosCannot log in to website account
My partner, who is on the same family plan as me, is unable to login on the website with his account (linked to his phone number). He gets a F451 error, which has been occurring for several days. I'm able to access our account from the website with my credentials (for now). He's able to use the phone app, but the billing page is blank. So he has no way to access our bills except through me. He tried clearing his cookies and turning off ad blockers to no avail. What's going on? Our PCs are on the same home network, so it sounds like something is wrong with his account specifically. I've seen 4 year old posts about this error. Has nothing been done to solve it??309Visto0likes2ComentariosAny Help PLEASE for F451 Error

I just signed up for T-Mobile home internet and am trying to link my home internet phone number to my account and it keeps taking me to the 'F451 :Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. The system respondssaying I need to use the email address I provided when signing up for home internet service. Still happening, apparently over the past four years. Every other thread has been marked "solved" though none were. It would be nice to have a solution to this. Users are able to sign in, but even though they get past OKTA, the are getting a 503 error during the handoff to the new server. So in my case, I can sign in and see some information, but I can't access any of my account services. This happens on my wifi and cell data; it happens in every browser, in both private and familiar windows, as well as in the app and Safari on my phone. It would be nice to have a soution for this.266Visto1like0ComentariosError F451 - Service Unavailable
We previously had 4 voice lines and 2 home internet lines with T-Mobile. We transferred our 4 voice lines to another carrier and only have the 2 home internet lines left with T-Mobile. Since one of our voice lines was the account login, they closed down our account access. We are trying to get account access using the home internet #'s, but keep getting the error code below: Service Unavailable. F451 :Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Intenta nuevamente más tarde. We have had multiple phone conversations with T-Mobile and also multiple chats through FB Messenger. The problem has not yet been resolved and we are still unable to view our account. Does anyone have a solution to this? Or if T-Mobile employee sees this, can you please help? We just want access to our accounts online to view transactions and to make payments. Gracias812Visto0likes1ComentarioOption to change PIN online results in error message
What the title says. There is an option within your account to change your PIN online. However, I've been trying to do it for a couple weeks, and every time, it results in the same error message: Service Unavailable. F451 :Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Intenta nuevamente más tarde. I'd really like to be able to contact T-Mobile by chat or email via desktop to let them know about this error message, but apparently those are not options. Calling is the only option. Oh wait, you might be able to access chat support on the T-Mobile app, but you'll wait all day to chat witha humanwho may or may not be able to help you. Seriously T-Mobile, it's 2021. No chat or email support via desktop? If customer service is backed up and you can't offer reliable chat, that's fine…let me email, and a support rep can reply at their convenience. Anyway, I do not want to have to call customer service to change my PIN. I can't remember what I set up for my PIN before. I never call customer service, so I have no real reason to keep it fresh in my memory. I'd like to change it to a sequence of numbers that I know for certainI'll never forget, and I'd rather do that online while logged into my account. I've already set up the Account Takeover Protection, but I'd like to reset my PIN just as an added bit of protection to protect against sim swaps and the like. I know probably no one will be able to help me here, but perhaps someone could check and see if they receive the same error message when trying to reset their PIN. Would be nice to know if I'm the only one.1.3KViews1like9Comentarios
