My familywhere won’t track on e of our phones, it shows up on our family members list, but whenever we try to locate it on the phone we get “*****’s phone isn’t responding, the phone might be off or out of network coverage” even with the phone 10 feet away, the message we get from the browser simply states “failed to update *****’s location”

Is there a way to stop notifyning someone when Ilook them up on FamilyWhere? I have FamilyWhere for my employees. I like to check in them throughout the day. I have 4 phones for years that only send a text message every othermonth telling them I have the app and can follow them. But now worth my added line it actually tells them EVERY TIME I look them up. How annoying. They don't care and it bothers them throughout the day. Is there a way to turn this off?
where is t-mobile?
where is t-mobile on the list of more than 150 internet providers? it seems to me that regardless of the service i attempt to access for sports events -- such as the current world series -- I’m told I must access the service thru my internet provider. a long list is provided, but alas, t-mobile just ain’t there! how come?

Hey TMobile, I tried the family where apps on both IOS and Android. I can write you a much better application. Web & Mobile products by myself in very little time. This one doesn't work. I have 10 years experience in the mobile realm. I've wrote many fortune 500 applications. Let me contract for you and get that one up and running using my arsenal . Does it currently only use triangulation from towers? Itis a sad excuse for a feature. With all the child abductions in the news. It might be a good idea to have a feature that works. Email me or text me at my account if your interested. FamilyWhere for Android is sad. I haven't once been able to locate a phone in the browser and from Android, I resolve my IOS device to half the state of WI.Familywhere is only showing 3 of my 4 lines
I've been using familywhere for a few years now. Last night one of my 4 lines disappeared and no longer appears in the app. I've attempted to add it back via settings> add family member and I'm getting an error message saying there are no other phones on my plan. Please help!!
