I have been a valued customer for 8+ years and I no longer qualify for the First Responders Program. I have had this discount applied sincethe height of the COVID pandemic. I am a Registered ER Nurse that saves lives daily and it's very disturbing that we are undervalued and never recognized for our services. How do patrol officers qualify, but Nurse don't? This month will be my last month with T-Mobile (unwilling). However, I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere that values/recognizes Nurses as lifesavers too. I will definitely not be the only customer you lose. I guarantee you that! Shame on you T-Mobile.8KViews12likes17Comentariospromotions lowered for military, first responder and 55 accounts
I'm extremely disappointed with T-Mobile and their decision to lower promotions for some of there GO5G specialty plans. It's feels like discrimination at that point. I'm going to switch to a new phone provider that still gives me a military benefit but doesn't lower my trade in value on a new phone. T-MOBILE is pissing a lot of members off by doing this. Really bad member care!688Visto3likes8ComentariosNurses aren't first responders apparently?????
ER NURSE SPEAKING…. I used to rave about t-mobile and recommend it to anyone who was unhappy with their phone company. Nurses are not only first responders considering we are the first ones saving whomever the second they get to the hospital, but we also work outside of hospitals in the field and are the first to arrive or be a part of situations when people need help or their life saved. We also continue to take care of and sacrifice our own health (not eating, not getting a break, being on our feet for 12+ hours, being exposed to bodily fluids and diseases that are known and unknown, not sleeping, overworking, damaging our backs and joints moving and catering to patients etc...) to save the lives of others. We are UNDERPAID, OVERWORKED, SHORT STAFFED, SLEEP DEPRIVED, AND UNAPPRECIATED. I am WITHOUT A DOUBTswitching to a different phone company and I am going to make sure I tell every single nurse I encounter to do the same. The thing is it isn't even about the money, it is the principle and lack of respect. The LEASTt-mobile could do is continue to give us a discount (and it was BARELYa discount to begin with). You guys make an insane amount of money and every single person running this company and working for this company has had a nurse some how some way save or preserve their life. Shame on you t-mobile. TO ALL MY FELLOW NURSES THAT SEE THIS: - ATT gives 25% - Verizon gives $10 dollars off per account - Spectrum gives 30% off1.2KViews3likes3Comentariosverificación de miembro de los servicios de emergencia
Wondering if anyone else in the t mobile land is getting asked to reverify their first responder status every month? i switched from verizon and only send verification once a year. i can say doin it every month is getting old. Doing the chat with t mobile seems pointless. they just send the company link saying we have the discount and click here to start. On 1-14 I spent about hour with nice lady about going thru the whole process and she saw that it was verified, but today, text message that u need to verify status again.2.3KViews1like3ComentariosT-Mobile chat rep lied about first responder eligibility
I switchedfrom ATT to T-mobile recently and was told that I would qualify for the first responder plan since I'm on the first responder plan on ATT. I chatted with a T-Mobile rep and transferred over 5 lines after confirming my qualifications. Now that I've paid off $3000 in balances with ATT for my devices and jumped through all the hoops of transferring my entire family to the magenta max plan, I'm told I don't qualify for first responder status. I'm an ICU physician and I told them that clearly and I told them I don't have EMT certification but I do sometimes ride in ambulances. They said all I needed was my hospital ID to verify. I've attached the chat log below. Today, I call customer service to clear up this issue and am told there's nothingthey can do about their employee lying tome and the most they can do is either give me a lower grade plan for a discount that would still leave me paying $426 more per year than I was originally quoted. I'm pretty sure bait and switch schemes are against the law and I will surely report this to the relevant authorities. Looking around online it seems many people are falling prey to this predatory scheme. What are my options at this point. The customer rep at the call center called her supervisor and they are refusing to acknowledge this issue.445Visto1like1Comentario
