Recently we added the Unlimited Stateside International calling plan to all of our business lines. Then, starting last week whenever we make an international call we get a recording that says "to complete your call please dial XX" where XX is some random two digit number. I looked this up and found on this page: Make an international call which says, " Things you should know When calling some countries, you may hear an automated message prompting you to enter a random digit between 0 and 9 in order to complete the call. T-Mobile added this extra step to help prevent fraud, and it's only needed when calling certain international locations." Of course we were not advised of this when we added the Stateside International Calling feature and to make matters worse it's not just to "certain international locations"- its on EVERY international call. Over 90% of our international calls are to the UK and the UK is hardly a high fraud calling destination This is causing a lot of distress for our users. And TMobile should take the same approach other carriers take- use surveillance software to detect fraud and unusual calling patters and put the recording on those accounts and not just on every international call from every phone. For my work, I have to use a Greek VOIP from the website www.omnivoice.eu.Their servers are: sip.omnivoice.eu, sip1.omnivoice.eu, sip2.omnivoice.eu, sip3.omnivoice.eu, sip4.omnivoice.eu, sip5.omnivoice.eu, sip6.omnivoice.eu When I tried to connect to them a few months when I was in the USA, I could not. Are you blicking third-party VOIP providers? Are these ports blocked? I have a Samsung A32 5 G which I got from T-Mobile when I signed up. I've been having a problem dialing international mobile numbers in the UK. I can call landlines in the UK no problem. But when I call a mobile, I get a message that comes on saying "to complete this call, please dial 34" (for example). It's always the same message with the two numbers at the end changing with each new call. This is dangerous because when I'm driving and tell my phone to place a call, I have to take my eyes off the road and look down at my phone and enter the numbers manually. I don't want this. I called customer service and the person said it was a government mandate and T-Mobile couldn't remove it. Is this true? I don't have the unlimited international plan and really don't want that plan. +91-xxxxx-yyyyy According to their documentation, this should work, but it keeps failing. Any ideas why? I have the Simple Global Plan which covers free text, data, and $.25 per minute calling from Costa Rica to U.S. However, can someone confirm that I can make domestic calls for $.25 per minute I.e., calls within Costa Rica while travelling there?
