Our college student (on our family phone plan) just got kicked off of our Netflix account that we pay for through T-Mobile's discount ($16 for premium). Since this program won't let me add them as another paid viewer for $7.99, can they utilize the free version of Netflix on Us with ads while we continue with the discounted premium? Just trying to find a workaround. To use the extra user feature we'd have to go through Netflix and pay almost twice as much.65Visto0likes0ComentariosNetflix Add Extra Member
Netflix just started charging for extra members but T-Mobile doesn't have an option to add up two extra members to the Netflix plan for an additional fee of $7.99. Please add anoption toadd additional two Netflix membersso I can take advantage of the T-Mobile Netflix discounts. Otherwise this discount is useless to me.12KViews11likes25ComentariosNetflix limiting to one household.
I've been with T-mobile since they acquired Suncom in 2007. We have 7 devices on our plan (6 phones and a watch). Our plan was the first to offer free netflix and we're on that same plan to this day (never changed plans such as Magneta, etc., just added devices). One of these phones (main tmobile account holder) lives in GA and the others (My Daughter and her family) live in Maryland. So how does this affect our Netflix? Will we still be able to have netflix at both households because of the t-mobile deal? If not, will t-mobile offer something else?Solved20KViews0likes27ComentariosThis level of suport is a joke, but here goes...
When I log in to my account and go to account plan details and select Netflix, the next page that opens is blank save for the message " An Error Occurred. " Now, I don't have a clue how the T-mobile community can fix this, but since T-Mobile support is so pathetic, we'll see.48Visto0likes2ComentariosNetflix downgrade
Hey Netflix, "You currently have Netflix ON US included in your plan. Netflix ha actualizado recientemente sus niveles de suscripción, ahora recibirás Netflix Standard con anuncios, lo que te proporcionará más funciones y ventajas. Este beneficio seguirá siendo POR CUENTA NUESTRA ($0). No necesitas hacer nada. This change will take effect between January 25 and February 1." How is changing my subscription from "no ads" to "includes ads" "providing more features and benefits to you"?11KViews21likes58ComentariosFeedback for T-Mobile: Reducing benefits
It seems that every time I accept an offer from T-Mobile, the company goes back on it just a little after. I find that very frustrating. Last example: We updated our contract and phones, and it appeared to be a good deal, one factor being that the plan included Netflix. Not two month later, I receive a message from T-Mobile that from now on only Netflix with Ads is included - a downgrade worth roughly $100/year. Yes, in exchange there is a free year of Hulu, but I really don't care about that. And also, yes, T-Mobile always said that benefits could change. Unfortunately, this is not the first time something like this happens to me with T-Mobile. In aggregate, the impression I get increasingly is that T-Mobile's word in its special offers and deals really is not worth much. This is very disappointing.252Visto3likes5Comentarios
