Netflix and college student
Our college student (on our family phone plan) just got kicked off of our Netflix account that we pay for through T-Mobile's discount ($16 for premium). Since this program won't let me add them as another paid viewer for $7.99, can they utilize the free version of Netflix on Us with ads while we continue with the discounted premium? Just trying to find a workaround. To use the extra user feature we'd have to go through Netflix and pay almost twice as much.
Netflix Add Extra Member
Netflix just started charging for extra members but T-Mobile doesn't have an option to add up two extra members to the Netflix plan for an additional fee of $7.99. Please add anoption toadd additional two Netflix membersso I can take advantage of the T-Mobile Netflix discounts. Otherwise this discount is useless to me.
Netflix added without consent
Someone help me understand. I've never activated or added the Netflix deal to my account, I use a family members so I've never needed it. I go to look at my bill and it has gone up, I look and it says I have standard Netflix now. I'm asking my wife if she did it she's like.i have no idea what you are talking about. So I Google it and apparently this is a thing. One minute no Netflix or just regular "on us" plan and then bam extra charge. Again I've never used it, never even messed with it, last month no charge, this month $8.50 for something I've never used.This level of suport is a joke, but here goes...
When I log in to my account and go to account plan details and select Netflix, the next page that opens is blank save for the message " An Error Occurred. " Now, I don't have a clue how the T-mobile community can fix this, but since T-Mobile support is so pathetic, we'll see.Netflix downgrade
