My son and I are going to be moving off my step-dads account onto myown account. Both phones are paid off on the current plan and we will simply just be starting a new plan under my name instead of his. My question is, do both phones that will be moving over need to be present in the store or is that something that can all be done electronically?221Visto0likes3ComentariosBill constantly wrong
Does anyone else have a problem with their bill constantly wrong? My bill has been higher since I switched and it keeps going up with no explanation.. I called in and had the upper mangers say that they would correct the issue and still nothing. They even have it in their computers what it is suppose to be and it always too much.. Is this a common bait and switch with T mobile where they hope you get tired of calling in to deal with incorrect billing tactics? Any help is appreciated.37Visto0likes0ComentariosI am starting to think you can't teach old dogs new tricks...First order/account vanished
To keep this short, I am .. no wait- I was born sometime prior to 1960, technology and I haven't been the two peas in a pod that I would have liked to be- My daughter on the other hand, has been glued to a computer screen for as long as it used to take dial up to connect each session. She preloaded my hand me down (from her of course) ipad and laptop with all this information that basically, each form I fill out, I just click and select the saved answer. I wanted to do something nice for her as she has been struggling with her cell phone company insurance company, so I gave her my phone, I was going to try out a brand new iphone. I filled out my application, was approved for a generous 0.00 down, only had to pay 137 and sign a lease and even spoiled myself with next day delivery. The money was taken out of my account and is no longer pending, it went through. The email I know I typed in , is not validated in their system. I received the page that said congratulations on the order, w/e received the order, something like that- but never thought to save or print that page. Tmobile will not help me look anything up! I know its unhelpful that I have no order number, nor email I signed up with- But i have my bank receipt showing funds were paid-can that not count for something? No order arrived and its been four days. Has this happened to anyone else? Am I simply screwed?36Visto0likes1ComentarioF451 Error - Unable to link T-Mobile home internet phone number

The system respondssaying I need to use the email address I provided when signing up for home internet service. Would be great to somehow get this resolved in the next month so I can pay my first bill.1.3KViews7likes8ComentariosTrade in device dropped in usps but wont show status update
I purchased a new iphone under trade in promo program.Ireturned my old phone( basically 2 months old) packaged using the tmobile provided return label that was going to Asurion. I dropped the package at USPS and kept the smart label tracking number. It has been 14 days but the status of package is not updated on usps. It says Label Created, not yet in system. At this point, I have no clue how should i track my package. I received a final reminder emailsaying I have until Dec 18to return my device or I will loose promo credits. I see lots of people have had issues with device return exactly same way and have contacted usps and tmobile both regarding the same but no feedbacks. Please advise next steps.Solved2.3KViews0likes11ComentariosImpossible to activate new prepaid MI line on website, control disabled
Dear T-Mobile and Community: I'm running across a problem trying to activate a new prepaid MI line on a new account. It appears that a required website control is disabled in the website's coding. These steps have successfully duplicated the problem on five different browsers, including Windows/Edge, Windows/Firefox, Windows/Chrome, MacOS/Safari, and IOS/Safari: 1. Start at: https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/prepaid-internet 2. Click on First GET STARTED button right in center top of page, takes you to: https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/plan-detail/mobile-internet 3. Select any plan (I used the first one, 2GB/$10 for testing). 4. In the popup, select NEW CUSTOMER. 5. You're now in PRODUCT SELECTOR with your plan selected. Scroll to Device, Choose Bring your own device. 6. Click on the newly-exposed tab "Lets connect your device with this line!" 7. Skip IMEI check (My T-Mobile iPAD isn't recognized by the system, but that's a database issue, separate from this.) 8. Tell the system you have a T-Mobile SIM card, input your SIM card number. Verify and click CONTINUE. 9. On the next screen, put in your new email address, choose a PIN, and put in your contact information. Click CONTINUE. 10. Now you're at https://prepaid.t-mobile.com/cart/line-setup, which is the page with the problem. 10A. Put in device nickname. 10B. Choose get a new number. 10C. Opt-in to E911, input address. 10D. Select ZIP code for Primary Place of Use PPU. AND... the bug: 10E. Observe that the PRIMARY NUMBER MENU is *disabled* (greyed out completely), and unable to be input or selected. 10F. Observe that the CONTINUE button is ALSO *disabled* (greyed out completely), and unable to be selected. The only choice at this point is "EDIT CART', which takes you back two pages to step 8, above. In short it is impossible to get past this point on any computer or browser, and is therefore impossible to self-active a Prepaid Mobile Internet line with your own SIM card as a new account on the T-Mobile website. Please advise!Solved4KViews0likes12ComentariosFecha de inicio del plan
If I order a sim card online and have it shipped, when does the plan start? I would also like to know how long I have to activate the sim card before the account gets deactivated. I am currently overseas right now and would like to have a sim card before I get back to the states. Is it possible to order my card now and activate it in July?899Visto0likes1Comentario
