Since the October update , areas that Im in all day that that typically had great UC5G, now drop to 0 bars, cant take or make calls, text, or use data. ive worked with tech support both in person and here by chat. Ive changed to a ESIM, reset my network connections numerous times,wiped cache partitions, Ive been starting to see more and more people using the S22 and possibly other galaxy phones posting that since late October their mobile connections have degraded tremendously.I'll start briefly with some some 5g as i get handed off to a tower then within a minute it will drop to LTE, then a few bars of possibly 2g with no connection, to 0 bars. Ill post some screen shots of my phones rf levels. So, title is self explanatory. I've been having network drops for the better part of 2 in a half weeks now. With wifi, my phone works obviously with no problems (including having wifi on for phone calls) however the minute there's no wifi my service BARELY works. I get dropped calls or person on the other line can't hear me and then the call fails. Phone works for maybe 10 minutes and proceeds to do the same thing. Internet doesn't work as well either. I've tried switching from 5G to LTE only and same issue. Internet works for a little bit and the dropped calls are the same. Sometimes I'm talking to someone and when they can't hear me it eventually gives me a "call failed" option. I've contacted Tmobile tech support almost every single day about this and they kept telling me that they would submit it to their senior tech team. These people are absolutely horrible at what they do. All they did is give me 70 dollars off my service meanwhile for almost better part half a month my phone service has no worked. So finally able to get a "senior" (I think they're just reading off some BS manual) technician who had me reset my network, reset my phone to factory setting, they even changed my eSim to see if that was the issue. And after all that they said "sorry we can't help, you have to go to Apple" so finally yesterday I went to Apple genius bar and apparently they can't find anything wrong with the phone except that it had at least 8 dropped calls yesterday and that the issue is with Tmobile itself. I even got it in writing and now I'm just sitting here trying to reach someone and it's all outsourced customer service from Philippines and honestly no one there can help me. They keep saying the same thing and I'm getting ridiculously tired and annoyed. ¿Hay algo que pueda hacer? At this point can they just give me a new iPhone? I received a sales call from Sprint/T-Mobile today. The sales rep indicated that I needed to update my device immediately to avoid the upcoming service interruption in March. As I was on the phone, I searched this information, and T-Mobile is ending 3G service at the end of March. However, my 4G compatible phone will work fine after March, which was confirmed through the chat function on the app just after the sales call ended. I don't appreciate the sales representative lying to me, confirming the lie when questioned, and continuing to attempt to make sales of various products and services that I do not need. I was a loyal sprint customer. Since t-mobile bought sprint, service has been awful. They said it would take a few years for all the towers to be functioning. They claim that all towers are functioning now, but I have even worse service. I have lost service in my house and on my street. I have SOS in most places. The coverage map says I should have 5g in the areas my phone displaysSOS. T-mobile is still the cheapest since they kept my sprint price. Whenever t-mobile reaches out about my complaints, they tell me that the map says it should be working and there are no outages. That has not changed my terrible service. Does anyone have any information or inside knowledge about this? Any idea is the service will ever improve? At this point, I'm about to switch providers and pay $30 more per month. I left xfinity cause they were robbing me blind tripple bills every month. Get tmobile since i have them for my business phones , and yep being robbed again every month. This time its paying for service im not recieving but half the time. Router keeps loosing signal, takes hrs to get it back, my entire house runs online tvs ,cameras, garage door opener, even my dogs food dishes. I litterally have to reset 15 devices 2 to 3 times a day over this crap. There customer service is 0 help. Looks like its back to xfinity since i told the last person i talked to that what tmobile is doing is a crime charging for services they cannot provide. That there are 10a of thousands tired of it and said i guess i should just go back to xfinity and be robbed for services im at least getting. His answrr was yup you should and hung up. For the 2nd time now, after returning from Europe, when back in the USA, I have absolutely no service. No amount of the standard troubleshooting via Tmobile phone support helps. The first time I had to get new SIM cards to make our phones work again. Anyone else have this problem and if so, were you able to fix it without going to a Tmobile store? I have spent almost 5 hours trying to get help with my Samsung A32. The phone cuts people off. I got the phone in November 2021 and this is May 2022. Because I didn't get the warranty they won't help me. Very poor customer service. I've been a customer since 2002….yes….20 years with 6 lines. Wow!
