I have had Magenta Max since Dec 2022 The service stopped working in May 2024. I stopped getting my unlimited data and cell service. I reported loss of service and did multiple rounds of technical support from mid May to June to fix it. They did not. I didn't have service for almost a month when istopped Autopay in June and announced suspension of my account because I wasn't getting service. Customer service has been despicable since then. I submitted dozens of attachment proofs to customer service and customer service refused to acknowledge any of evidence taken from May to July. They insisted I owed them money for May-July I notified the company that they have voided the contract and I asked for my phone to be unlocked. Ihaven't had phone service since May, I NEED to find a legitimate phone carrier. T-Mobile has continued to charge me for June and July despite not having Magenta Max for over 2 monthes. I haven't had unlimited data or cell service since May and they cut off my amenities in June. They continue to charge me 2 and a half months since I last had service Customer service says the charges are valid on my voided contract and refuse to unlock my phone. Anyone have success getting all their evidence of T-Mobile fraud recognized and having your illegitimate charges taken off? When I signed up for TMHI in October 2020, I had great coverage and speeds. For the last few months that tower doesn't even show up and I am connecting to a tower 10 miles away. I was told they are working on a tower.. My question is.. How Long? They previously said it would be fix mid April, but it is almost May.. What gives? I bought the new SIM card with prepaid plan last week. Before activation, my phone was able to connect to t-mobile network. After activation, it stopped registration with t-mobile network, just displaying "no service". The phone still works fine with my other t-mobile SIM card. I have spent almost 5 hours trying to get help with my Samsung A32. The phone cuts people off. I got the phone in November 2021 and this is May 2022. Because I didn't get the warranty they won't help me. Very poor customer service. I've been a customer since 2002….yes….20 years with 6 lines. Wow! I even said I was going to switch carriers and the guy transferred me to customer service to do that. I received a sales call from Sprint/T-Mobile today. The sales rep indicated that I needed to update my device immediately to avoid the upcoming service interruption in March. As I was on the phone, I searched this information, and T-Mobile is ending 3G service at the end of March. However, my 4G compatible phone will work fine after March, which was confirmed through the chat function on the app just after the sales call ended. I don't appreciate the sales representative lying to me, confirming the lie when questioned, and continuing to attempt to make sales of various products and services that I do not need. I travel from the US to the UK frequently. Every single time i arrive, my Tmobile sim shows 'no service' and i have to call customer service 4 or 5 times to get it sorted out. Some of the customer service representatives tell me it is because of my plan or that i need to upgrade. Other customer service representatives go through the same 45 minutes of troubleshooting. I just have to persevere until i get that one person that can see the issue and 'turn something on' on their end and then everything works perfectly. I wish I took better notes on exactly how they fixed it because this time around I have called twice and no luck. Just the same old upgrades and trouble shooting pitch. Does anyone know what i can do? I have a very important meeting tomorrow that i was supposed to call into so i would really appreciate any help.1.4KViews0likes2Comentarios
