Tower Outage for months! When will it be up?

When I signed up for TMHI in October 2020, I had great coverage and speeds. For the last few months that tower doesn't even show up and I am connecting to a tower 10 miles away. I was told they are working on a tower..

My question is.. How Long? They previously said it would be fix mid April, but it is almost May.. What gives? This is my only internet option and it is lagging and buffering almost daily.
