I'm using the new T-life app and the parental controls do nothing. I have a schedule set for a device but the connection is never blocked. Also I tried to block access and the command failed; I got an error message like "block connection failed." I tried restarting modem and reinstalling app. I just get an error message when I try to adjust the device connections.66Visto0likes0ComentariosNeed to turn off Data at night for kids phones
Family Allowances does not work for modern phones. FamilyMode is too reliant on a app to install on a child phone, that can be quickly bypassed in several ways. Turn off VPN, Turn off/on ScreenTime, etc. Is the only option really to manually switch the account from Magenta to No Data for multiple lines? I would gladly pay for FamilyMode if it even worked correctly. All I want to do, is turn off Data for 12am-6am at night.23KViews6likes26ComentariosParental controls "Medium" doesn't enable DuckDuckGo SafeSearch
Hello, parental controls "Medium" safety level is described this way: "Includes everything below inLowand enables SafeSearch, an automated filter that helps keep pornography and other offensive content out of Google, YouTube, Bing, and DuckDuckGo search results." In my testing, the SafeSearch is indeed enabled for Google, YouTube, and Bing. But DuckDuckGo continues to allow unrestricted viewing of image results that many parents would want to protect their children from. Is there an expected fix for this problem?54Visto0likes0ComentariosGoogle.com blocked
One of the phones on my Magenta plan has suddenly begun blocking Google.com and google searches while using mobile data, across all browsers. It allows it on WiFi. All other Google services (Google Maps, Google Play) work but not google.com or the Google search app. I removed the parental controls I had set up on it and it allows Google some of the time, but still blocks it half the time. Any suggestions here?Solved4.6KViews0likes7Comentariossnapchat calls

We have an adult son with Special Needs. We supply him with a phone, and we only allow him to have it to communicate with 10 people allowed with T-mobiles ALLOWED number feature. This way he can call family, but not unsafe people, such as drug dealers. He has no internet on the phone. Anyway, he is finally at the point where he is starting to want to call people on the phone, and wants to talk to family members and friends that are not in his 10 Allowed phone numbers. Can we add 10 more? Can we have 20 Allowed numbers for his phone? We want to support him in communicating with healthy people. If you don't currently have the possibility for 20 allowed numbers, can you make that for people in our situation? Please answer me. I am not always T-mobile site. So please answer me on my email, which is bardsleyclant@comcast.net. Thanks,Debbi83Visto0likes1ComentarioLimiting Phone Usage

Also, how to stop the usage of all apps currently downloaded to the phone?? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. On a side note, How do I accept the terms and policy for the cookies within the T-Mobile website? I cannot log in to my profile on my PC??95Visto0likes0ComentariosHelp with kids allowance
whats is the best way to monitor my child's phone? She has been on apps that she should not be using. I have currently taken away her phone but don't like that she gets home from school and has no phone ( we canceled the landline). I need to pretty much cut off all usage of the phone other than phone calls.118Visto0likes2Comentarios
