I'm getting the issue where I can't receive calls or texts. If I try to send texts it will fail. If I choose the option to resend, then I'll get a flood of backlogged text messages, and voicemails from missed calls. This occurs dozens of times a day. I have factory reset my phone, then I did not re-import anything (I did add my gmail account, which brought in my contacts). I have contacted technical support. They reset my connection on their end. I suppose you could say that fixed it for about 20 minutes, but the issue is back. Does anyone know of a permanent fix, or is there a planned fix from T-Mobile?Solved813Visto0likes7Comentariosphone calls not going through
I recent purchased a Pixel 6 and there are times when I can't make a phone call. It doesn't ring and it goes straight to voicemail. Sometimes I'll be in mid conversation and then They can't hear me but ai can hear the other person. It's getting annoying. Is it the phone or the service? If this continues, I'll have to consider switching services.273Visto0likes1Comentario- 3.1KViews0likes3Comentarios
Pixel 6 No Connection
I have a factory unlocked Pixel 6 that I've setup on my t-mobile account three weeks ago. Since then it has been nothing but a nightmare as far as cellular coverage goes. Anytime I'm away from Wi-Fi and trying to connect to the cell towers it's a gamble (mostly a losing gamble) on if my phone will connect or not. I know it's not a coverage issue as my wife's iPhone will be right next to it and she has full coverage. I know it isn't a sim card issue as I am using an eSim. I've tried resetting the network settings a couple of times but that hasn't resolved the issue either. A little research has found that apparently this has been a common issue among the Pixel 6 community and T-Mobile. Has anyone found any other fixes that can bring stability to my phone's connection?Solved6.2KViews0likes24ComentariosT-Mobile 5G Connection Issues causing missed Texts, Calls, and Voicemail - NO DATA!
I just don't understand the disconnect or differences in the 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G wireless generations and why 5G seems to be so different. I never had to second guess what my status bar is indicating. I have had "5G" connection issues on Apple, Samsung, and now Google devices. Random errors like "emergency calls only" or no signal whatsoever. Or full 5G UC access - yet I can dial my phone and watch it not ring or indicate a missed call. I can even send a text message or leave a voicemail and neither ever arrive. Thought this issue was limited to Samsung and Apple. Got a Pixel - same issue - so I think it's the Tech itself and/or the tower but not the devices. Had 5G + on my Pixel 6 - placed a call while out and it rang but left voicemail - nothing. Realized the voicemail didn't pop up - tried again - nothing. Then I got a "missed" call. Yet no ring. When asked, the person said it rang but it was a long delay, and it didn't seem like a regular ring. Not sure why this is but when 5G is enabled, at some point your device "disconnects" from the network and you have no idea you have missed any contact attempts. Turn 5G off? Walla! Issues are gone. Smh Did those two voicemails ever pop up? Nope! Still waiting. Imagine if someone called me during this time, left their dying will on my voicemail and I would not have any clue they called me, let alone that they left a message. Meanwhile my phone shows connected and full 5G access. T-Mobile engineers need to speak on this, and they need to stop this 5G push if it isn't even reliable. NEVER had to ponder if my device is connected or not with LTE. NEVER. I guess I will try 5G when 6G comes out ……….5.1KViews8likes14ComentariosPixel 6 Pro Wireless Charging
Has anyone else experienced wireless charging issues with their Pixel 6 Pro? And if so, do you have any fixes/suggestions? My issues started when I (foolishly) accepted the upgradeto Android 13. My new phone wirelessly charged (flawlessly) after purchase for about a week before installing Android 13. I realize the timing of the issuecould be a coincidence and this is just a normal hardware/softwareproblem. The phoneprovides a "connected but not charging" message when placed on any of my charging stands. It seems to wirelessly charge just finewhen Iboot into Safe Mode. Does this suggest a software issue?213Visto0likes3Comentarios
