Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this long post and to give me some help and advice. So I preordered a Google Pixel 6 Pro from T-Mobile's website, but I seem to be having a lot of issues with my order. What should I do? Because I have a feeling that I'm not going to receive my phone. That somewhere down the line you were just going to get canceled or they're going to claim that I never made an order. 1stoff when I tried to make the purchase on T-Mobile's website as soon as preorders became available, there was some type of technical issue that was confirmed by customer care who confirmed that with the IT department. Then about 3-4 hours later the website was working again and I was able to purchase the device. So after I completed the transaction I never received any confirmation email and any of my DocuSign emails that I should've received after placing the order. Which I was able to confirm on T-Mobile's website and through the app that I had an order processing. The order said that it was supposed to ship out on the 27th of October and then arrive to me in 1-2days. Then yesterday the order changed the shipping date from the 27th to the 28th. Now as of this morning (10-26), the order has completely disappeared from the T-Mobile app on the home screen, under the orders tab and on T-Mobile's website after logging into my account. On top of all this,I know people that ordered the device from the Google store, other carriers as well as T-Mobile and they've already received their device. My friend who has T-Mobile as well also preordered after me and already received his device.6.3KViews3likes64ComentariosPixel 6 No Connection
I have a factory unlocked Pixel 6 that I've setup on my t-mobile account three weeks ago. Since then it has been nothing but a nightmare as far as cellular coverage goes. Anytime I'm away from Wi-Fi and trying to connect to the cell towers it's a gamble (mostly a losing gamble) on if my phone will connect or not. I know it's not a coverage issue as my wife's iPhone will be right next to it and she has full coverage. I know it isn't a sim card issue as I am using an eSim. I've tried resetting the network settings a couple of times but that hasn't resolved the issue either. A little research has found that apparently this has been a common issue among the Pixel 6 community and T-Mobile. Has anyone found any other fixes that can bring stability to my phone's connection?Solved6KViews0likes24ComentariosT-Mobile 5G Connection Issues causing missed Texts, Calls, and Voicemail - NO DATA!
I just don't understand the disconnect or differences in the 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G wireless generations and why 5G seems to be so different. I never had to second guess what my status bar is indicating. I have had "5G" connection issues on Apple, Samsung, and now Google devices. Random errors like "emergency calls only" or no signal whatsoever. Or full 5G UC access - yet I can dial my phone and watch it not ring or indicate a missed call. I can even send a text message or leave a voicemail and neither ever arrive. Thought this issue was limited to Samsung and Apple. Got a Pixel - same issue - so I think it's the Tech itself and/or the tower but not the devices. Had 5G + on my Pixel 6 - placed a call while out and it rang but left voicemail - nothing. Realized the voicemail didn't pop up - tried again - nothing. Then I got a "missed" call. Yet no ring. When asked, the person said it rang but it was a long delay, and it didn't seem like a regular ring. Not sure why this is but when 5G is enabled, at some point your device "disconnects" from the network and you have no idea you have missed any contact attempts. Turn 5G off? Walla! Issues are gone. Smh Did those two voicemails ever pop up? Nope! Still waiting. Imagine if someone called me during this time, left their dying will on my voicemail and I would not have any clue they called me, let alone that they left a message. Meanwhile my phone shows connected and full 5G access. T-Mobile engineers need to speak on this, and they need to stop this 5G push if it isn't even reliable. NEVER had to ponder if my device is connected or not with LTE. NEVER. I guess I will try 5G when 6G comes out ……….4.9KViews8likes14ComentariosWhat does your Pixel 6 / P6 Pro pre-order look like?
I paid off a "free" phone, upgraded my account and don't see the Pixel 6 Pro pre-order in my order status. Is this normal? If you have a Pixel 6 or Pixel 6 Pro pre-ordered, how does that appear on your account? Did you complete the device agreement signature, etc at time of pre-order? Customer service has provided an order number and assured the pre-order is in. It feels rather vague and a bit alarming that there is zero way to track the order, no way to know expected ship date, etc.Solved4.4KViews1like50Comentarios- 2.9KViews0likes3Comentarios
Pixel 6 - no service
I'm getting the issue where I can't receive calls or texts. If I try to send texts it will fail. If I choose the option to resend, then I'll get a flood of backlogged text messages, and voicemails from missed calls. This occurs dozens of times a day. I have factory reset my phone, then I did not re-import anything (I did add my gmail account, which brought in my contacts). I have contacted technical support. They reset my connection on their end. I suppose you could say that fixed it for about 20 minutes, but the issue is back. Does anyone know of a permanent fix, or is there a planned fix from T-Mobile?Solved700Visto0likes7Comentariosphone calls not going through
I recent purchased a Pixel 6 and there are times when I can't make a phone call. It doesn't ring and it goes straight to voicemail. Sometimes I'll be in mid conversation and then They can't hear me but ai can hear the other person. It's getting annoying. Is it the phone or the service? If this continues, I'll have to consider switching services.230Visto0likes1Comentario
