Where's my rebate??????
Haven't gotten a single thing about the so call promised promotional rebate on a prepaid debit card since I signed up for it going on months. I did however stumble across checking the status of it once and realized mobile had show lost my first request ....it just wasn't there at all so in turn I was told to sign up again ....so I did and now aontgw late I'm wondering what is going on with this one....I can't even find the place to see where the status is.....thisis getting unreal .....give me a break man .....
lied to by rep to lock me into a contract i never agreed to
I went into T-Mobile ONLY because I heard they paid out AT&T customers to switch over. I was promised multiple different things. One including a rebate of however much I owed on my old phone ($463 and some change. I did everything the lady told me to do. She even told me that she would take care of everything for me!! I call support after going in 3 times with zero help and support tells me that the representative lied to me and I'm just going to have to deal with it until my contract is up. No thank you!! You guys had me sign up for something under false pretenses and that is illegal! Unless T-Mobile would like to hear from my lawyers I'd suggest someone make this right. I should not have to pay $120+ per month when I was promised my bill would be no more than $80. You guys are charging me more thanat&t ever was and now AT&T is sending my balance to collections because your company lied to me!!! This is effecting my actual life and credit and it's not right. Do better!
Huge Mistake
Worst mistake I have ever made was switching to Tmobile. It has been nothing but a nightmare from the beginning! Customer service is a joke. One thing I cannot stand is to ask a question & be given an answer completely unrelated to what you asked. The website is stupid, does not allow you to access anything, but you can order products just fine (spend more money). So many excuses about upgrades & maintenance to the website.I've only been with them two weeks & I am already switching.
Zfold 4 with keep and switch promotion?
I'd like to utilize the Keep and Switch Promo to switch from Verizon to Tmobile, but the Zfold 4 isn't on the list of eligible devices. I am wondering if this is because it just wasn't updated for the zfold 4, or if there is some reason I wouldn't be able to use the promo with my phone? It seems like the list is used to make sure phones are compatible with the Tmobile network, which the Zfold 4 would be. I just don't want to pay it off, file for the $800 promo, and then have them tell me my phone isn't eligible for the promo. Clarity would be appreciated!
