Where's my rebate??????

Haven't gotten a single thing about the so call promised promotional rebate on a prepaid debit card since I signed up for it going on months. I did however  stumble across checking the status of it once and realized mobile had show lost my first request ....it just wasn't there at all so in turn I was told to sign up again ....so I did and now aontgw late I'm wondering what is going on with this one....I can't even find the place to see where the status is.....this is getting unreal .....give me a break man .....
