Is the smartwatch promo (galaxy6 classic) available for the $10 non-international plan?
I was looking at getting a smartwatch but from what I could tell of the offered promos it's only available with the $15/m plan. As far as I can tell the only difference between the plans is international data which is utterly useless for me since I live nowhere near the borders and likely won't be traveling anytime soon (who even has the money for that). Is there any option to use the regular plan or some great feature with the $15/m plan that's not stated for some reason. Love to simplify things and just buy from the service I'm going to use it on but I can't see a reason to pay and extra $120 over 2 years for features I can't realistically even use.
Upgrade SmartWatch
Has anyone ever tried to upgrad a SmartWatch? I currently have a Galaxy SmartWatch, but I switched to an Iphone 15 a few months back. I'd like to upgrade it to an Apple Watch, but I can't figure out how to do it. I click on upgrade, it takes me to a new screen to find the device, I add the device to my cart but there is no upgrade option anywhere. It's just wanting me to buy it outright or do a monthly plan separately. I don't want this Galaxy watch anymore because it's absolutely useless with an iPhone.
Timex Family Connect Watch issues - display and ring
About 3 months into wearing this watch, all calls go directly into voicemail and won't ring through and then the display went completely black. I am wondering if anyone has found a solution other than replacement for either of these issues? If not, this is a total lemon.
Don't bother buying a Smartwatch from T-Mobile. Assurant is awful.
Replacing my smartwatch was an absolute nightmare. I submitted a claim on July 11th and the website said I could get the same device and it could be used or I could get a new device on the JUMP promo. I opted for the new device because I didn't want a used watch and I went to the store which was an option according to the website. The store informed me if I went with a watch5 I would need to pay for it in full and I would lose all my discounts by having a wachline. So I ended up on the phone with Assurant and ordering a replacement of the watch4 which could be "refurbished". My replacement watch was delivered to the wrong address by UPS. I called back to explain what happened. I was told there would be an investigation and it would take 14 BUSINESS DAYS to complete. I called back on the 15th business day and it still was not processed. On the 17th day I got an email asking me to contact Assurant and I called was immediately disconnected on and finally I spoke with a manager and had my claim reissued. I finally recieved my replacement almost a month later. tl;dr: My watch broke and I ended up with a yucky, used watch a month later.Does adding a DIGITS line for my Apple Watch qualify as adding a new line for the current iphone 14 BOGO phone deal?
There is a current deal to "Buy one iPhone 14 or 13 series device and get up to $700 off a second via 24 monthly bill credits when you activate 2+ new lines (or add a line for existing customers). I have a 3 phone family plan (all I need) and I just bought an Apple Watch Ultra with no service yet.If I add a DIGITS line to it, does that qualify me my account for this deal or do I need an actual phone line?
