5 TopicsFirestick will not connect to T-Mobile Home Internet
I have spent hours upon hours trying to find a solution to this issue. I am trying to assist my mother (remotely) in getting her Firestick Lite to work with her newly acquired TMobile Home internet (Gateway FAST 5688W). I see so much on the internet but have not found anything that seemed to have fixed the issue as of yet. The problem is the Firestick will drop out with a check internet connection message on the screen at random times. However, while I am watching the PC speeds are still amazingly fast (for her area 70mbps) at the time of a dropout from the FireStick. The gateway is about 5 feet away from the FireStick. I have created a second network for only 2.4ghz and lowered it down to WPA2 from WPA3 (all things that have addressed others issues that I read online). She was using her HOTSPOT on her Tmobile phone for the Firestick (Speeds around 3.5mbps) and never had these issues prior. I have read similar posts where the firestick would work off of a hotspot but would have similar issues with TMobile home internet, of course there were no follow-up solution's to those posts. If anyone has any other thoughts or suggestions it would be deeply appreciated. This is really becoming crazy!148Visto1like1ComentarioStreaming issues
Our T-Mobile wifi has been great up until about a month ago. We can only stream in our living room and no longer stream in the bedroom. Streaming will constantly freeze in the bedroom. We have unplugged and restarted the unit numerous timesbut nothing seems to help. Can we exchange our unit for a newer model?Solved335Visto0likes2ComentariosHas anyone had any issues with Hulu app streaming or app just disappearing from phone and can't not install
I have had Hulu app with live tv for almost 2 years now and all of a sudden the app disappeared. Went to reinstall it and says to share location but when but it doesn't ask me to allow it. when I look under privacy:location services it isn't there after I have reinstalled it. I've talked to Hulu and apple and they can't figure it out.135Visto0likes0ComentariosUnable to stream via TV with Home Business Internet service
I recently obtained TMobile home business Internet service due to an issue with connecting to the VPN for my work. The business service fixed that problem but created another for our home internet use. I can connect our TVs to the router (Inseego FX2000) but I CANNOT use any of the streaming services - unable to connect on any TV. I can stream these services when connected via my computer. My service does not include a static IP address. The error message I receive when trying to stream Hulu is "The Web Page is unavailable." AppleTV just gets hung up and I get the message "Unable to play." I still have the home Internet service connected and all streaming services work fine with this. I just don't feel like paying for both services. Any help would be appreciated.Solved1.2KViews0likes6ComentariosCan you Stream Golf Channel?
Good day, I have had T-Mobile Home Internet Service for almost 6-months, and all is well...well, almost. I am trying to get GolfChannel streaming. I have tried numerous times with the activation code for NBC Peacock+ (NBC owns golf Channel) but all to no avail. Have you ben able to get it to work? When researching theGolf Channel website, I get the link that takes me to watch "Live." When I use the link, it takes me to a list of ISPs (Comcast, etc.) and T-Mobile is not present. When I called Golf Channel, they are clueless. I stream Peacock, Apple, etc. all with no issues. Any suggestions much appreciated!Solved229Visto0likes3Comentarios
