Unable to stream via TV with Home Business Internet service
I recently obtained TMobile home business Internet service due to an issue with connecting to the VPN for my work. The business service fixed that problem but created another for our home internet use. I can connect our TVs to the router (Inseego FX2000) but I CANNOT use any of the streaming services - unable to connect on any TV. I can stream these services when connected via my computer. My service does not include a static IP address.
The error message I receive when trying to stream Hulu is "The Web Page is unavailable." AppleTV just gets hung up and I get the message "Unable to play."
I still have the home Internet service connected and all streaming services work fine with this. I just don't feel like paying for both services.
Any help would be appreciated.
@Juno711 it is possible that because you have a "business" account, T-Mobile is "filtering" for streaming services. Take a look at the following TM page regarding filtering: https://www.t-mobile.com/business/filtering
Can you stream on a tablet or smartphone vs your smart TV? You may need to call the number of the page (bottom) and ask them to switch-off the filtering.
Let us knowhow it works out, it may help someone else.

UPDATE: After contacting business tech support - the issue about not being able to connect to streaming services is due to filtering in the initial setup of the router. After about 30 minutes online with support - they were able to remove the filters and I am now able to connect to streaming services on all TVs and computers.

Have you tried setting up a Guest network, on the 2.4GHz band, with security set to WPA/WPA2?

Thank you. I just tried that with 2 different tvs. Unfortunately I'm getting the same error messages when connected to the guest network and set to WPA/WPA2.

That sounds extremely plausible since I am not able to connect to streaming service sites on my connected laptop. I am contacting tech support now and will report back on the efforts.
