7 TopicsUsing phone sim in tablet
I asked my question in https://community.t-mobile.com/android-9/tablets-that-can-be-used-like-a-phone-3028 But it looks like the issue has been marked as solved without a clear answer. So starting a new topic. If I use my phone sim in my tablet, can i use the tablet as my phone. I understand about the separate data line for tablet, that is not what I'm asking though. Data works with my phone sim in the tablet, but voice calls are failing, need quick help please. My phone is broken and not able to get a new phone at this time, i want to use my tablet as phone, please help. ¡Gracias!5.4KViews0likes5ComentariosLied to about 10gb data plan?!
I added my tablet to my account. I got the 10gb plan for it. I asked the girl helping me about giving me an unlimited (or most available) data plan. She directed me to the 10gb and told me to ignore any texts I get regarding me reaching my 10gb limit, and that there will be no slowing down. She said that they name it 10gb, but it is really unlimited and will not slow down… Well, the data came to a near screeching halt. Anyone experience this? Hopefully someone from t-mobile can explain what's going on48Visto0likes0ComentariosSIM vs Active
I went from another mobile provider to T-Mobile. While my phone was ported successfully, at a retail store, my tablet wasn't. So I was being charged from the former company *and* T-Mobile for cellular data. I had the other company disconnect the tablet and apparently it was done. But under the Cellular settings, there are two statuses: T-Mobile → SIM (there is a checkmark next to it), Other provider →Active. Hello, Just wanted to see if people are getting the same issue as me. Cut the cable cord recently and switched to t-mobile high speed internet. For the most part, so far been happy. The "devices' feature on the app stopped working but that's not a big concern. What I'm really wondering is why are my tablets not connecting to this wifi? Does it have to do with the encryption type being newer than my tablets (tablets are a little aged)? Or does it have to do with Wifi 5 or Wifi 6? I dont mind going out and getting a new tablet, but if that is the case, what am I supposed to look for with the wifi connection in the new tablet? We've tested other connections on the older tablets I currently own at it works fine. Any recommendations?847Visto0likes5ComentariosSamsung Galaxy A7 Lite Camera Not Working
I have had theSamsung Galaxy A7 Lite tablet since January 20 and only recently tried to use the camera. The camera will not open. I tried other camera apps and did a factory restore of the tablet. The base app doesn't open. The downloaded app would open but show a camera error. Running a diagnostic shows there's an issue with the camera (front and back) but offers no solution.
