customer service it's so outdated
I'm really REALLY tired of stupid customer service. Can you guys act like a big company and help me with my network unlock its been almost 3 months without any help. It's the worst customer service experience I ever had. If somebody reading this please don't go with t mobile or metro if you don't want the worst customer service
Will unlocked phones work with T-Mobile Wifi calling ?
If I purchase an unlocked phone, for example an S22 Ultra unlocked version, will I be able to make Wifi calls on T-Mobile ? This is assuming I use a T-Mobile SIM with it, or eSIM, of course. The reason I ask is that I have no reliable cell coverage at home. Neither 3G/4G/5G offer reliable signals in all places in my home from any operator. A T-mobile cellspot in-home LTE tower also does not cover my entire home. The only thing that works reliably is Wifi calls, using a combination of 5 wireless access points. My current phone is a T-mobile version (Note 20 Ultra) and works with Wifi calls. I need my next phone to continue to work with Wifi calls. Some unlocked phones are available for significantly less than the T-mobile versions, for example the S22 Ultra version sold by Google on Fi is $700 vs $1200 on t-mobile.com . But will it work with T-mobile Wifi calling ?
My unlocked phone not compatible with T-Mobile network.
I checked with the IMEI of a couple of phones, it says that the phone is not compatible with the t-mobile network, even though the phone is unlocked and supports the required bands for t-mobile. The phone is OnePlus Nord CE 5g. They are both purchased in India. So is there any way for them to be activated on the t-mobile network? Or will phones from other countries not work at all? Because they are both good unlocked phones with support of required bands. What else is needed?
Can I put T-mobile SIM Card from Galaxy S20+ into unlocked Z Flip 3 as is?
I have a T-mobile Galaxy S20+ and was gifted an unlocked Galaxy Z Fold 3 (coming soon). Can I just put my current SIM card in the Unlocked phone as is and it should work fine, or do I need T-mobile to do something? Thanks in advance.
