I am trying to upgrade my wifes phone online, and every time I choose "no protection coverage" the website resets and asks me again if I want protection. I can't seem to skip this part. I am being forced to buy something I DO NOT WANT OR NEED. I am going to assume this is a bug, and nothing nefarious. If anyone has a solution, please tell me. I talked to a rep and they had no idea what I was even talking about. If I had time, I would go in to a store, but I do not. Thank you for your time, Dan.1.6KViews0likes11Comentarios"Manage Add-ons" web page error
The "Manage Add-ons" link at t-mobile.com has been broken for days. Whether from the account home page or lines page, every time I click Manage Add-ons I get this error. Is there another way to manage add-ons? I need to buy an international data plan before traveling.159Visto1like2ComentariosRant: Can't Access Redemption, Website Broken II
On about July 2nd I took advantage of the Keep and Switch offer to come over to T-Mobile from Verizon. This seemed like a good deal, except I have spent over 30 hours trying to get the rebate / payoff for one device. The first part is more Verizon, so I won't go into detail. Sufficed to say that if coming over from Verizon get you bill snapshots first, because you will be essentially locked out from your account after porting over. My main frustration with T-Mobile is that the Redemption Webpages appear to quite broken. I have spent hours trying to get past a brokenempty dropdown, or even more frustrating (on mobile) a page where I can see the redemption status but then I immediately get redirected back to the home page. In my many calls with Customer Servicewe have walked through the process and I have pointed out the bugs. Do they report and or log these bugs? I don't know. Supposedly they are to send me a direct link to the redemption. Ihaven't heard anything yet.The last resort is that they will send me a paper check. In my curiosity I decided to debug both the mobile and desktop versions of this page. Other than the slew of JavaScript errors, I am seeing comments and notes, as if they are pushing Development code to Production, really? I had been a T-Mobile customer in the past and I don't remember this level of bugginess on the Website or App (which doesn't work on my iPhone 13) Am I the only one? What's happening here? I would just like to get this process completed so I can move on.76Visto1like3ComentariosSo incredibly frustrated
Over the course of our time with TMobile, we've been continuously hamstrung with website issues when it comes to paying our bill. Today's commentary says they "got their wires crossed" and to just try again later. Nowhere else, anywhere, have I seen reports of services being down, maintenance being performed, nothing. I've tried guest mode, multiple browsers (and their private counterparts), and even an entirely different PC to make sure something wasn't wrong on our end. I can get to the homepage once, and the second I try to log in, it falls apart, and apparently hangs on to the attempt, because everything I try after that causes the same error to pop up. It's completely prohibitive, and prevents me from being able to access any necessary resources involving my account. We came to TMobile because it was cheaper than Verizon, and while I'd say "you get what you pay for" might otherwise apply here, $150 is not equivalent to the subpar level of performance we've gotten from our signal quality to the website. You tout yourselves as the "Leader in 5G" or however you phrase it; maybe shift some R&D resources into website service and stability!38Visto0likes0Comentarioslogging in app issue
Since I got my phone from t mobile (iPhone 15) I haven't been able to completely login to the app. It just says processing then give a loading wheal and back to processing. I called before and was told that they are updating it. I waited for the update still no change. I made sure my phone is fully updated still no change deleted the app and reinstalled no change. I can login to my account on the website but it won't let me go anywhere but to my account itself no shopping or benefits to look at. SO I AM WONDERING WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR APP AND WEBSITE IT BEEN 2 TO 3 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!59Visto1like0ComentariosBilling address not updated after change successfully submitted
Trying to get the billing address updated for a prepaid account. It says the change was successful, but it never actually changes. Customer Service couldn't make the change either. They said they would enter a ticket for it. For people who have an old billing address in their account and can't change it, thisis making online payments, credit approvals, plan changes and ports fail. Even though this is frustrating, Support reps have been professional and nice and do try to help.Solved744Visto0likes9ComentariosMobile WiFi and Text Verification
Hi, I noticed that mobile hotspots don't receive texts for verification, as such it becomes impossible to set up a T-Mobile ID and verify it. This results in late fees and difficulties paying the initial bill or setting up automatic payments. Any chance you'd like to refund the late fees and rescind any negative credit reports? This is due to a lack of foresight from your website techs, not any kind of dishonesty or infidelity on the part of the customers.43Visto0likes0Comentariosbilling system is not working - website, app, call center and store
Very frustrating that I am trying to upgrade both my watch and cell phone, and for over a week T-Mobile app, call center, website and in store give me the same "error message" cannot process payment, call us. For what is worth, I tried with an amex, master card and visa all from different banks, all of them working, including one of them was just charged through auto-pay for my monthly bill. I strongly recommend t-mobile systems to fix it in a more prompt way, if not, consider notto offer them? It is easier to go to an amazon or a best buy and just buy the devices, caveat, and also making it easier to switch providers. Very disappointing to see these type of billing/invoicing systems fail in year 2023 from TMobile - this is not good for business nor longevity.563Visto2likes6Comentarios
