33 TopicsConstant Errors with webpage
WHY on earth are there so many errors and "wires crossed" messages when trying to do dang near anything? Both on the mobile app and the web page browser. I can hardly do anything with my account and I don't know that customer service could help or not..37Visto0likes0ComentariosPhone upgrade issue
I am trying to upgrade my wifes phone online, and every time I choose "no protection coverage" the website resets and asks me again if I want protection. I can't seem to skip this part. I am being forced to buy something I DO NOT WANT OR NEED. I am going to assume this is a bug, and nothing nefarious. If anyone has a solution, please tell me. I talked to a rep and they had no idea what I was even talking about. If I had time, I would go in to a store, but I do not. Thank you for your time, Dan.1.8KViews0likes11Comentarios"Manage Add-ons" web page error
The "Manage Add-ons" link at t-mobile.com has been broken for days. Whether from the account home page or lines page, every time I click Manage Add-ons I get this error. Is there another way to manage add-ons? I need to buy an international data plan before traveling.244Visto1like2ComentariosRant: Can't Access Redemption, Website Broken II
On about July 2nd I took advantage of the Keep and Switch offer to come over to T-Mobile from Verizon. This seemed like a good deal, except I have spent over 30 hours trying to get the rebate / payoff for one device. The first part is more Verizon, so I won't go into detail. Sufficed to say that if coming over from Verizon get you bill snapshots first, because you will be essentially locked out from your account after porting over. My main frustration with T-Mobile is that the Redemption Webpages appear to quite broken. I have spent hours trying to get past a brokenempty dropdown, or even more frustrating (on mobile) a page where I can see the redemption status but then I immediately get redirected back to the home page. In my many calls with Customer Servicewe have walked through the process and I have pointed out the bugs. Do they report and or log these bugs? I don't know. Supposedly they are to send me a direct link to the redemption. Ihaven't heard anything yet.The last resort is that they will send me a paper check. In my curiosity I decided to debug both the mobile and desktop versions of this page. Other than the slew of JavaScript errors, I am seeing comments and notes, as if they are pushing Development code to Production, really? I had been a T-Mobile customer in the past and I don't remember this level of bugginess on the Website or App (which doesn't work on my iPhone 13) Am I the only one? What's happening here? I would just like to get this process completed so I can move on.133Visto1like3ComentariosSo incredibly frustrated
Over the course of our time with TMobile, we've been continuously hamstrung with website issues when it comes to paying our bill. Today's commentary says they "got their wires crossed" and to just try again later. Nowhere else, anywhere, have I seen reports of services being down, maintenance being performed, nothing. I've tried guest mode, multiple browsers (and their private counterparts), and even an entirely different PC to make sure something wasn't wrong on our end. I can get to the homepage once, and the second I try to log in, it falls apart, and apparently hangs on to the attempt, because everything I try after that causes the same error to pop up. It's completely prohibitive, and prevents me from being able to access any necessary resources involving my account. We came to TMobile because it was cheaper than Verizon, and while I'd say "you get what you pay for" might otherwise apply here, $150 is not equivalent to the subpar level of performance we've gotten from our signal quality to the website. You tout yourselves as the "Leader in 5G" or however you phrase it; maybe shift some R&D resources into website service and stability!56Visto0likes0ComentariosTmobile app and website not working
What is with T-Mobile's app and website. I've been trying to upgrade my phone, and it never lets me go past the credit card payment window. I've tried three valid credit cards and debit cards, still won't process any! Keep getting a screen that tells me to call customer service. So frustrating!1.8KViews0likes1ComentarioTo Fix What's Broken, or.....Not.
This was just too funny not to share. I just joined this forum and received this nice welcome email but either the Magenta Lounge no longer exists, or the link doesn't work anymore. So I decided to take screenshots and send an email to the address on the page since they so kindly provided an email address that throws up HUGE BRIGHTred flags: NO-REPLY@t-mobile.com 🤣. I thought, 99.99%sure I'm going to get a delivery failure, and SURE ENOUGH: Just adding this to the list of reasons why I failed at choosing our next carrier! 🥳 🥂252Visto0likes4Comentarioslogging in app issue
Since I got my phone from t mobile (iPhone 15) I haven't been able to completely login to the app. It just says processing then give a loading wheal and back to processing. I called before and was told that they are updating it. I waited for the update still no change. I made sure my phone is fully updated still no change deleted the app and reinstalled no change. I can login to my account on the website but it won't let me go anywhere but to my account itself no shopping or benefits to look at. SO I AM WONDERING WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR APP AND WEBSITE IT BEEN 2 TO 3 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!82Visto1like0ComentariosHow To Login with Home Internet Only
We recently switched internet providers to T-Mobile. We do not have any cell phones with T-Mobile. Apparently, since we do not have a T-Mobile phone number we are not allowed to access the website. We did sign up for paperless billing and autopay but if I need to change either of those settings I'm in trouble because I cannot sign into our account. How on earth is this acceptable? Does anyone have a workaround to providing a T-Mobile phone number in order to access my account on the website?9.7KViews3likes12Comentarios
