We recently switched internet providers to T-Mobile. We do not have any cell phones with T-Mobile. Apparently, since we do not have a T-Mobile phone number we are not allowed to access the website. We did sign up for paperless billing and autopay but if I need to change either of those settings I'm in trouble because I cannot sign into our account. How on earth is this acceptable? Does anyone have a workaround to providing a T-Mobile phone number in order to access my account on the website?8.9KViews3likes12ComentariosThe T-Mobile Website Gets Stuck When I Try to Pay My Bill
Hi- My mother and I have been on T-Mobile for the past couple of years, and have always paid our bills on the T-Mobile website. However, in the past three months, we both have been having trouble with the sight when it comes to paying our bill. When we click on "Pay Bill", a grey page pops up when a pink circle that spins (as shown below), and then the page is stuck there and is unable to move onto the next screen so we can pay the bill. I have been able to work around this by paying on my phone instead, but my mother has not. Is there anyway to fix things on our end so the website works properly? Are there other ways for us to pay our bill? Any answers on this issue would be greatly appreciated! Gracias.3.2KViews2likes7ComentariosTmobile app and website not working
What is with T-Mobile's app and website. I've been trying to upgrade my phone, and it never lets me go past the credit card payment window. I've tried three valid credit cards and debit cards, still won't process any! Keep getting a screen that tells me to call customer service. So frustrating!1.7KViews0likes1ComentarioPhone upgrade issue
I am trying to upgrade my wifes phone online, and every time I choose "no protection coverage" the website resets and asks me again if I want protection. I can't seem to skip this part. I am being forced to buy something I DO NOT WANT OR NEED. I am going to assume this is a bug, and nothing nefarious. If anyone has a solution, please tell me. I talked to a rep and they had no idea what I was even talking about. If I had time, I would go in to a store, but I do not. Thank you for your time, Dan.1.6KViews0likes11ComentariosBilling address not updated after change successfully submitted
Trying to get the billing address updated for a prepaid account. It says the change was successful, but it never actually changes. Customer Service couldn't make the change either. They said they would enter a ticket for it. For people who have an old billing address in their account and can't change it, thisis making online payments, credit approvals, plan changes and ports fail. Even though this is frustrating, Support reps have been professional and nice and do try to help.Solved700Visto0likes9Comentariosbilling system is not working - website, app, call center and store
Very frustrating that I am trying to upgrade both my watch and cell phone, and for over a week T-Mobile app, call center, website and in store give me the same "error message" cannot process payment, call us. For what is worth, I tried with an amex, master card and visa all from different banks, all of them working, including one of them was just charged through auto-pay for my monthly bill. I strongly recommend t-mobile systems to fix it in a more prompt way, if not, consider notto offer them? It is easier to go to an amazon or a best buy and just buy the devices, caveat, and also making it easier to switch providers. Very disappointing to see these type of billing/invoicing systems fail in year 2023 from TMobile - this is not good for business nor longevity.525Visto2likes6ComentariosWhat website do I put while filling out the T-Mobile Reseller Program?
Hello! I was wondering, what website do I put while filling out the T-Mobile Reseller Program? Do I have to build a website and design it like how I would if I got approved for the program? I'm confused as to if I need to own a Mobile Service company before I even get approved? Can someone please help?413Visto0likes3ComentariosRebate Website not Working
Hello, We recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. When we switched, we were told that we would get a $200 rebate for each line ported over. When I go to promotions.t-mobile.com I am able to enter our phone number (the one the account is set up under) and sometimes I can log in. However, once I either log-in or even just put the phone number in, I get a message that says "whoops, something went wrong". We have tried for a couple days at separate times but we can't get passed the log in phase. Is there something I am doing wrong on my end? Is there a phone number I can call to get this done? This is extremely frustrating because we would get about $1000 in rebates and we have a time limit to submit the claim.266Visto3likes2Comentarios
