Hello, We recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. When we switched, we were told that we would get a $200 rebate for each line ported over. When I go to promotions.t-mobile.com I am able to enter our phone number (the one the account is set up under) and sometimes I can log in. However, once I either log-in or even just put the phone number in, I get a message that says "whoops, something went wrong". We have tried for a couple days at separate times but we can't get passed the log in phase. Is there something I am doing wrong on my end? Is there a phone number I can call to get this done? This is extremely frustrating because we would get about $1000 in rebates and we have a time limit to submit the claim.292Visto3likes2ComentariosHow To Login with Home Internet Only
We recently switched internet providers to T-Mobile. We do not have any cell phones with T-Mobile. Apparently, since we do not have a T-Mobile phone number we are not allowed to access the website. We did sign up for paperless billing and autopay but if I need to change either of those settings I'm in trouble because I cannot sign into our account. How on earth is this acceptable? Does anyone have a workaround to providing a T-Mobile phone number in order to access my account on the website?8.8KViews3likes12ComentariosThe T-Mobile Website Gets Stuck When I Try to Pay My Bill
Hi- My mother and I have been on T-Mobile for the past couple of years, and have always paid our bills on the T-Mobile website. However, in the past three months, we both have been having trouble with the sight when it comes to paying our bill. When we click on "Pay Bill", a grey page pops up when a pink circle that spins (as shown below), and then the page is stuck there and is unable to move onto the next screen so we can pay the bill. I have been able to work around this by paying on my phone instead, but my mother has not. Is there anyway to fix things on our end so the website works properly? Are there other ways for us to pay our bill? Any answers on this issue would be greatly appreciated! Very frustrating that I am trying to upgrade both my watch and cell phone, and for over a week T-Mobile app, call center, website and in store give me the same "error message" cannot process payment, call us. For what is worth, I tried with an amex, master card and visa all from different banks, all of them working, including one of them was just charged through auto-pay for my monthly bill. I strongly recommend t-mobile systems to fix it in a more prompt way, if not, consider notto offer them? It is easier to go to an amazon or a best buy and just buy the devices, caveat, and also making it easier to switch providers. Very disappointing to see these type of billing/invoicing systems fail in year 2023 from TMobile - this is not good for business nor longevity.563Visto2likes6ComentariosRant: Can't Access Redemption, Website Broken II
On about July 2nd I took advantage of the Keep and Switch offer to come over to T-Mobile from Verizon. This seemed like a good deal, except I have spent over 30 hours trying to get the rebate / payoff for one device. The first part is more Verizon, so I won't go into detail. Sufficed to say that if coming over from Verizon get you bill snapshots first, because you will be essentially locked out from your account after porting over. My main frustration with T-Mobile is that the Redemption Webpages appear to quite broken. I have spent hours trying to get past a brokenempty dropdown, or even more frustrating (on mobile) a page where I can see the redemption status but then I immediately get redirected back to the home page. In my many calls with Customer Servicewe have walked through the process and I have pointed out the bugs. Do they report and or log these bugs? I don't know. Supposedly they are to send me a direct link to the redemption. Ihaven't heard anything yet.The last resort is that they will send me a paper check. In my curiosity I decided to debug both the mobile and desktop versions of this page. Other than the slew of JavaScript errors, I am seeing comments and notes, as if they are pushing Development code to Production, really? I had been a T-Mobile customer in the past and I don't remember this level of bugginess on the Website or App (which doesn't work on my iPhone 13) Am I the only one? What's happening here? I would just like to get this process completed so I can move on.76Visto1like3Comentarios"Manage Add-ons" web page error
The "Manage Add-ons" link at t-mobile.com has been broken for days. Whether from the account home page or lines page, every time I click Manage Add-ons I get this error. Is there another way to manage add-ons? I need to buy an international data plan before traveling.159Visto1like2Comentarios
