Google Pixel 6?
Does anybody know if you'll be carrying the Google Pixel 6 and Pro? The reason I ask is because there's a launch event on the 19th of October and then supposedly preorders is going to start on the 19th of October as well. I know that T-Mobile entered into a new Google partnership again which almost 99.9% guarantees that T-Mobile isgoing to get the new phones in the future. Also I just recently came across a blog post on T-Mobile's official website about how they're going to support future Pixel phones other Google devices as well as make Google Messages the default messaging app. So I can onlyassume that it's going to come to T-Mobile, but I don't want to jump the gun and make that assumption and get let down if it's not coming to T-Mobile. So I would just like to know in advance if the Pixel 6 is going to come to T-Mobile, so I can get prepared to preorder it on the 19th. Also I'm very well aware that I can get an unlocked version from Google directly and then use it with T-Mobile's service. Which I don't want to do that because I've heard of multiple people having issues with other unlocked Pixels having kbps speeds on T-Mobile's network. Also I've had another device many years ago that was unlocked and trying to use it on T-Mobile's network which was a complete failure and it didn't work. Which I ended up having to get a T-Mobile branded phone instead. so I don't want to take thechance with an unlocked version of the phone again, because if it's a T-Mobile branded version then it's guaranteed to be supported on the T-Mobile network. So thanks in advance for taking the time to read this long post, answer my question and give me some help!9.2KViews4likes42Comentariosissues with my Google pixel 6 Pro preorder?
Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this long post and to give me some help and advice. So I preordered a Google Pixel 6 Pro from T-Mobile's website, but I seem to be having a lot of issues with my order. What should I do? Because I have a feeling that I'm not going to receive my phone. That somewhere down the line you were just going to get canceled or they're going to claim that I never made an order. 1stoff when I tried to make the purchase on T-Mobile's website as soon as preorders became available, there was some type of technical issue that was confirmed by customer care who confirmed that with the IT department. Then about 3-4 hours later the website was working again and I was able to purchase the device. So after I completed the transaction I never received any confirmation email and any of my DocuSign emails that I should've received after placing the order. Which I was able to confirm on T-Mobile's website and through the app that I had an order processing. The order said that it was supposed to ship out on the 27th of October and then arrive to me in 1-2days. Then yesterday the order changed the shipping date from the 27th to the 28th. Now as of this morning (10-26), the order has completely disappeared from the T-Mobile app on the home screen, under the orders tab and on T-Mobile's website after logging into my account. On top of all this,I know people that ordered the device from the Google store, other carriers as well as T-Mobile and they've already received their device. My friend who has T-Mobile as well also preordered after me and already received his device.6.4KViews3likes64ComentariosRe: issues with my Google pixel 6 Pro preorder?

I'm now able to see my information on T-Mobile's website and the app. Like one of the representatives told me, I guess there was some issues with tracking orders on the T-Mobile side and what they saw on the screen when I called in was wrong. But I'm glad that UPS on their website has it on the way to me today. I also purchased acase off Amazon that was backordered, but now it's supposedlyarriving today as well. Which this is even better for me so Idon't have to wait to use my device orgo to Best Buy andget a temporary case until my clear fully enclosed case with a built in screen protector arrives. So to everybody that's still having shipping issues, I'm going to keep my fingers crossed and hope that you receive your devices soon! What was your original delivery date? My original shipping date was yesterday which it did leave yesterday. What happened was that in the computer with customer care they see all different crazy different dates when it's not true and not the case. Then the disappearing information was probably a bug on the website and the app.Which I have overnight delivery and it was supposed to be delivered today and it's still being delivered today like they originally intended. Which currently my order is on the truck andthe way to me, it said that it's going to be here today by 7PM ET the latest.2Visto1like0ComentariosRe: issues with my Google pixel 6 Pro preorder?

Totally pissed and would never have gone through T-Mobile if I would have known I would not be getting it on or before launch day. I would have gotten it through Google Store like I normally do. T-Mobile totally failed me and my confidence took a step back. So I just had some time and was able to call T-Mobile. Upon doing so they told me that my order was on backorder just like for you. Then they told me that it's supposed to ship out tomorrow instead of today and that I should receive it by November 1st now. I have some other stuff to do, but I'm going to call them again a little later and speak to a different agent. The reason for that is because when I called I had a bad experience. I got one of my community members on the phone and then I explained tohimwhat was going on with my order, only for them to immediately transfer me to some person overseas. That person was not really helpful and really didn't want to do anything for me. He actually tried to put the blame on the community team member, and told me that he's able to do all of this and he should've never transferred me. I asked to get transferred back they said no, I asked to speak to a manager and his department they said no.4Visto1like0ComentariosRe: What does your Pixel 6 / P6 Pro pre-order look like?

And your Pixel 6 pre-order shows there? For whatever reason mine is not. I've contacted support 3 times but have the sneaking suspicion we will get to Thursday and someone somewhere missed a step in the order logging process. :/ I've specifically asked them to check that, and been assured its just because its a pre-order phone. Well, great, if your shipping time is 3-5 days then a phone being mailed for me to receive it Friday would have to ship tomorrow at the latest. So I would expect the order to surface. I've received phones directly from T-Mobile before earlier than the release date and even before the tracking number was able to generate as well. I'm not saying that this is your case, but I'm just saying that this has happened to me before so maybe this can be what's going on and maybe you will receive it today or tomorrow. Which whatever the situation is, the best of luck to you and I hope that you get your phone when you're supposed to.4Visto1like0ComentariosRe: What does your Pixel 6 / P6 Pro pre-order look like?

It seemed like the associate was more interested in pushing the Iphone or android I've been with T-Mobile 13+ years and I can say that if they try to push another device on you when asking for a specific phone release that means that they're not going to have the Pixel 6. Which please don't take this as a final set in stone answer, this is just my past experience and could've changed.0Visto1like0Comentarios
