I ordered a phone and Apple Watch on the 21st of September, and it was supposed to be here on the 25th, it is currently October 4th. UPS said it got stolen off the truck, so I called customer care and went to the store and they said the security pin I had was incorrect, so I had to change it to be able to get my phone and watch reordered. They escalated it up to a research team to be able to change my pin and look into it, but I have not heard anything. I am so extremely upset, because the bill is due soon and they are still going to charge me for it even though I do not have either the phone or watch. I have called multiple times, and no one will tell me anything. I want a refund or my phone and watch but I keep getting ran around in circles. How can I get someone to take me seriously and actually help me get this resolved? Hi, I have been trying to add a new line to my account by purchasing a new phone online. I am on an old Simple Choice plan. The issue is there is an add-on which says SC Data 6GB & SMHS for $15/mo that shows up before placing the order and there is no option to remove that add-on. Ever since the new iPhone came out about two months ago, I have been trying to trade in/upgrade/Jump both my phone and my wife's phone, both lines are in my account. I tried to do it on the T-Mobile app on my iPhone and it would go all the way up to checkout, then right after I entered my payment information and hit checkout it would give me an error, I also tried it on an android tablet on the T-Mobile app and had the same problem. I tried it on my computer on different browsers on the T-Mobile website and it said something about cannot be completed or submitted because something about protecting T-Mobile customers identity, I went to three different stores over the course of the last month and a half and I get the same problem some of them even showed me message on their screen saying that the order cannot be authorized because customer information or something like that, i have triad 5 different debit and credit cards and the same. I ordered the 5G home internet on the 15th and it was supposed to arrive on the 18th. It's now a week late and about to be billed for a device I don't have. This is hindering my ability to finish school work and other business. Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this long post and to give me some help and advice. So I preordered a Google Pixel 6 Pro from T-Mobile's website, but I seem to be having a lot of issues with my order. What should I do? Because I have a feeling that I'm not going to receive my phone. That somewhere down the line you were just going to get canceled or they're going to claim that I never made an order. 1stoff when I tried to make the purchase on T-Mobile's website as soon as preorders became available, there was some type of technical issue that was confirmed by customer care who confirmed that with the IT department. Then about 3-4 hours later the website was working again and I was able to purchase the device. So after I completed the transaction I never received any confirmation email and any of my DocuSign emails that I should've received after placing the order. Which I was able to confirm on T-Mobile's website and through the app that I had an order processing. The order said that it was supposed to ship out on the 27th of October and then arrive to me in 1-2days. Then yesterday the order changed the shipping date from the 27th to the 28th. Now as of this morning (10-26), the order has completely disappeared from the T-Mobile app on the home screen, under the orders tab and on T-Mobile's website after logging into my account. On top of all this,I know people that ordered the device from the Google store, other carriers as well as T-Mobile and they've already received their device. My new phone order says kept on hold even after updating credit card information and being successfully charged. The phone rep says it's clear on their end but takes 72 hours to show on my end. Is that true, and why would it take 72 hours to show up on my end? The last card I tried was the same one I use to pay my bill. When I called Chase they said T-Mobile kept trying the wrong number. I told them I repeated it back to them several times and they repeated it back to me, and that I had done it online myself. They tried to say all of us put the information in wrong. Whatever. I used a different card, also with enough money and that got denied, too. I called today and used the original card and that went through, charged my account, but it's still on hold. Why would I have to wait 72 hours? That make no sense. They said it takes the system 72 hours to update. But it updates immediately on their end. How does that make any sense? If I owed them money what if I said "I sent the money today, it should show up in 72 hours"? I'd look stupid, right?
