Hi Jane! I've had the same issue since August 25th. Still no home internet. I spoke to 4 techs and2 of them told me it was a tower issue and then another one told me it was a bad router. So I go to T-Mobile get a new router only to have the same error codes AGAIN! Finally a supervisor did confirm it was a tower issue. 1st etawas supposed to be fixed today but now they are saying it could be Tuesday maybe even later! The only thing they were able to do for me is issue a $30 creditand Ibasically can only connect to 4G on my cellphone and use the hotspot. What a mess! Yes, Wi-Fi is still down! Home Wi-Fi and my cellular data both, so my hotspot doesn't even work. I did call back today and they said 2 out of 5 towers are down. They are estimating things will be up on 8/27 but the tech person said they don't think so.. it could be up to Tuesday! What the F! My home wifi has been down today all day (08/25/23). I called customer support and apparently there are 2 towers in my area that are down. I've never had home internet that has been down the entire day! they couldn't give me an estimated time when this would be fixed. The router shows error code WAN 002. What a mess! Same issue in Norwalk, CA! My Paycor login is very slow and can't access desktopwebpage at all. And just yesterday my Amazon FireStick displays no internet connection, but laptop and general Wi-Fi works fine.44Visto2likes0Comentarios
