Syaoran: I went through 8 or 9 611 reps each promising me they could change the name of my Caller ID. All of them failed! I tried a 3rd party T-Mobile rep. Well, guess what? I ain't going anywhere! I have shut off texting AND messaging. I do receive messages from TM, but am not charged. I don't make/receive calls very much. My V30 is used as a jukebox as my Ford Flex has the SYNC program (hands free). When I do receive a call, and if it's not in my Contacts, I will block and clear the call. As far as I know there is absolutely NOTHING that compares with this plan. I am one happy camper! I just called TM Customer Care. You, sir, are correct! There now is ULTRA MOBILE. It does have a $3 a month plan called PAY GO.I am "grandfathered" to my current plan. It is the same as the Pay As You Go TM prepaid. I am on the $3 a month Pay As You Go. I know of nothing regarding any changes. I just googled the plan. There was nothing that showed the end of this plan.I had to check for "prepaid T-Mobile plans". However, we don't get all the "perks" that postpaid customers receive. I am fine with that. Please feel free to send me a reply. I have not regretted to come here 2 years ago. Hey, it's been 'broken" for MONTHS! Can you get to your account on line? I had a laptop with Windows 10. The site wouldn't completely load up, so I used EDGE. The site, on EDGE, worked perfectly. I am on a prepaid account. We are treated like "stepchildren". We really have no skin in T-Mobile. With the problems of purchasing a phone on the site I purchased my phone (Stylo 3 Plus) directly from the store. I cannot understand that as big as T-Mobile is the app for prepaid accounts wasn't fixed months ago.7Visto1like0ComentariosRe: T-Mobile app is not working
I am not a newer prepaid account. I wound up shutting down the app in my phone. BTW, since I had to update my password I added this to the piece of paper that has the new password "Use EDGE To ADD FUNDS!". Hopefully my pea-brain will get the message. Thanks,again.3Visto0likes0Comentarios
