Re: what's up with T-mobile removing autopay discount for credit cards?
Been with T Mobile since 2006 and this now foreign owned company has went downhill fast accelerating its speed to mediocrity and poor customer service after the Sprint merger. As many have said this is a money thing pure and simple, increase profits and ignore customer outcry and dissatisfaction. Yah sure you betcha I am going to link my bank account to a company that has been hacked multiple times…..NOT! We got our ID stolen after T-Mobile was hacked in2019 and it was a nightmare. So if you want to make a point have them send you a bill via USPS monthly and pay the bill with a check -I know its not ideal for most of us that like the convenienceof auto pay and /or electronic bill paying BUTif all or even half of T Mobile customers would do it even for two months it would cost them millions to send receive and process the payments! We are starting next month please consider doing the same...2Visto3likes0ComentariosRe: internet is only good at night
Been having the same problems since February 2021 when they added 5g. Since then we have speeds as low as .23 mps then peak at 13mps. Constant buffering no service etc worsens during peak demand. Many hours on the phone with no solutions. Just received my third router setting up this morning hope it works but expectations are low. Based on my research it's clear TMobile launched their home internet BEFORE they had adequate infrastructure to handle the influx of new customers. Only thing I would suggest is demand bill credits for the months of poor service. If enough people do this it may light a fire under their butts to add capacity. Will let you know if the new upgraded modem works6Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: T-Mobile Home Internet slowed to failure of service
7 weeks later and after hours on the phone lkeep hoping for better service but nothing has changed. No one has called back to give me a status update despite a promise to do so last week.I did request and receive a one month credit on my bill but that's it. With all the time I have spent on trying toreceive the product they advertised it does not compensate me for my time or frustration. I think if there areenough people with the same problem we may get traction with the government regulator's like FCC, StateAttorney Generals offices etc or at least get our complaints on record. Most importantly if we all put out a heads up on social media outlets maybe more people wont fall for the false advertising and extremely poor internet service. We found a DISH TV package that includes satellite internet so planning on trying that out assuming they dont improve our service.6Visto1like0ComentariosRe: T-Mobile Home Internet slowed to failure of service
Yup that's what we have been experiencing for 6 weeks after new router and hours on the phone with an oversees tech who calls as late as 9:30pm. She said she passed the concern on to engineering but I have no hope for a quick fix except that we had 11 months of ok service pe is going back to the local internet providerrior to Feb 1st. My brother switched to T-Mobile home internet last month and he has the same issues so he is going back to the local internet provider. I will wait until the end of the month but if it is not fixed we are going back to DSL. Thanks for the info!3Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: T-Mobile Home Internet slowed to failure of service
We have been on the phone with TMobile for many many hours changed our home internet router twice have been told our internet service was fixed and its still bad. Extremely slow speeds cut outs endless buffering etc. which started in Feb 2021 when TMobile was upgrading to 5G. We had a few time periods where its was acceptable but now its literally unusable. Not sure where to go for reliable affordable Internet service as we can stay with this failed experimental system, go back to DSL at $89 a month or get a Hughes system. What is very frustrating is its not just me lots and lots of people have the same problems and TMobile seems to be pretending everything is fine3Visto0likes0Comentarios
