We are having same issues and can 💯 rule out equipment. After hours at both the Apple store and a local T-Mobile store, we were given a brand new phone and a brand new Sim card. Three different techsran through all settings possible, ran diagnostics, tested the Sim in other devices, turned screen time settings on and off. None of the issues have been resolved. So even with fully new equipment my son cannot access apps and websites like Netflix YouTube Hulu Snapchat tick-tock… It absolutely Has to be a service issue. Our issue is finally resolved. Here is what worked for us: I called T-Mobile service on a day I knew I had hours to waste. You'll likely need to get past the first level customer service technician because they don't have the capability to access what needs to be done. Once I was in touch with the advanced tech service they were able to find a block on third-party data services that had been implemented on their end. It took the technician to second to remove the block and the issue completely resolved. They traced the block back to an error on their end. I was so flipping upset. I have spent countless hours trying to fix the issue, being told her all sorts of conflicting theories. I am sorry for the long story but I am still bitter. My son, too! Today we spent HOURSat both Apple store and TMobile. Because no one could quite figure it out, we were given a brand new phone by Apple and a brand new SIM card from TMobile. Problem still exists. It seems to only effectsites/appsthat have video or game graphics: YouTube (app and site), Netflix (app and site),Snapchat, most games, etc. We have all new equipment. At the Apple store they put our new SIM card in a BRAND NEW phone and they claim it's a SIM issue. TMobile "tested" the SIM and claims it is working fine. I have no idea what to do next! Help!!! Did all of you have screen limits at some point on you phones? (We've tested with them on and off) Or do some in family have Magenta vs Magenta 1.0?
