Re: Bait & Switch
I have to call every single month to get my bill adjusted down to what it's supposed to be. I was told it would be $145 per month and it is always north of $185. This has been the worst billing service, bait and switch, scam I've ever been a part of. The sales person name was Rochester Welch.17Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: Tmobile sales team lies
Going through the same thing. I recently came over to t-mobile. I called the sales lines to see what I could be offered to switch. Here is what I was told over the phone (it was recorded but they say they can't find it) 4 phones included at no charge. unlimited talk, text, and data. That's all I want. Sales person gave me a price of $148 per month all in with some credit coming back after the first three months. I have never seen a "credit back" and I assume they just feel like people forget and let it go as it's automatically debited. I have never received a bill even close to that amount. I have called repeatedlyand asked them to get in touch with the sales person to try to resolve the issue. I am repeatedly being told that no one inside t-mobile can actually call anyone outside of the service department. ¿Cómo es posible? In our world of tech and with a phone company you are telling me we can't call anyone? I'd stay away from this company or at the very least go into the store and not agree to anything until you have a copy of the agreement and the total of the monthly bill. I also would not agree to anypromotions that would be credited back as that won't happen either. Total scam.14Visto0likes0ComentariosRe: has anyone else been scammed by T-Mobile?

So I signed up a couple of months back for a plan that I was told over the phone by a Rochester Welch (sales person) that I would get 4 iphones, unlimited talk, text and data and my bill would be around 4148 a month. It has never been close to that. A few complaints here. First, he called me back to do the enrollment. I have been told that should not have happened, that all of those sales people should be inbound only. That's the first red flag. Second, the bill has never been anywhere near $148 as I have learned that I do not have a promotion for 4 free phones, only two. I NEVER would agree to that, the four free phones are the only reason we came to t-mobile. Third, I had a promo for netflix and apple tv that was included and I never asked for that and was never aware I was being charged for it until I called in a few times. Subsequently I have been told no less that 5 or six time that there is nothing that can be done.No one is willing to work with me, they do not follow up as promised, I call back in and I have to start all over EVERY time. Great, literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had and downright unethical in my opinion.47Visto0likes0Comentarios
