Re: "There is no way for our Expert's to tell them the truth"
I'd be checking with the BBB first lto do an investigation for you. I had to do this with Samsung and it went directly to some corporate operations manager that pretty much went nowhere. A day or two later I received an email from some guy in South America. I explained my situation and in a day or two, he had me connected and everything was resolved in a much better way than I was hoping for. I'm not sure how he got involved in my situation especially him being in South America but he's my Samsung Angel cause I was ready to swear off Samsung after being a loyal customer for decades. Give it a shot cause it also gives T-Mobile some negative publicity. 😁 Oh, just another anyplace on social media where you can post your situation will help also. And if they have a presence there definitely post a public cry for help. Did this on Twitter, now X for a big issue I was having with T-Mobile and 3 different Super Techs chatted with me. (can't remember their real title but they weren't your ordinary techs you get chatting or calling here. They definitely knew way more than any other techs I had to deal with.)8Visto2likes0ComentariosRe: Unable to perform software update on Galaxy s22 Ultra

My facebook app is also crashing midway wheneverI try to comment. My games are crashing. Mini Militia 2 screen is not opening, Pubg is crashing after every 5 minutes. Snapchat is not working in dark mode That sure doesn't sound anything to do with the lack of an update.9Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Can't receive data when on 5G UC

Sending always worked. I narrowed it down to 5G; if I was on 5G, texts would stop. On 5G UC or LTE, they'd come through. Restarting seemed to help, but in the end, what's worked 100% of the time was removing the plan from my phone entirely, then I reactivatedit. Now the phone seems to join 5G UC and WiFi calling more often, receiving texts just works, and I'm still using the same eSIM as before. Hey Scott, you can read my update above but I do wonder what you mean by "removing the plan from your phone". What does that mean and do you know how that affects your phone? Just curious, never heard anyone say that. Thanks in advance. Jimmy5Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Can't receive data when on 5G UC
VLloyd wrote: Hi Jimmy, what you are experiencing is a sim issue, it's unfortunate right now with all the modernization of the towers, but rest assured there is a fix. You'll need to switch from the esim to psim (physical sim). We've noticed this issue with all Apple Devices with dual sims. If you're device doesn't have a physical sim, just drop by aT-Mobile retail store and pick up one. They will be happy to make the switch for you. No need to use it for a paperweight. Hope this helps. I wish that were the case but neither device is on e-sim or dual capable and on separate lines. TabS8+5G has new sim and had them send new one for Note 10+5G since the original was over 2 years. Not sure about tower modernization either since it's been this way over a year but even worse the last couple months. Tech says nothing going on with towers in this area and with the coverage they see it doesn't make sense. New Tablet vs older 5G phone shows minimal speed difference but going for the S22 Ultra to test because of better 5G tech inside. I can detect mmWave signals but it's not off of my tower which is a tease but do get 4+bars 5GUC on tablet all day long. I know I can get slightly stronger data signals on 5G bands out here but band selector cannot lock them in. Phone steps in and constantly forces me back to band 2 and 66 which are always the weaker signal. Going to test the Hi-boost 10k pro signal booster to see if it makes any difference in data on the LTE signals out here. If I can get - 80 to - 100dbm at least it would be better than - 100 to - 120dbm.5Visto1like0ComentariosRe: Are there any special T-mobile deals for 20 years or so customers?
Loyalty doesn't hold the same meaning as when I was growing up. The idea is to not focus on the fish you caught but the ones getting away. It's like the 5G and 4G LTE coverage map. That map isn't for us and I'll be showing an example below, because we know it's not accurate. But rather it's to bring those other fish, those thinking about another carrier to the boat. You loyal customers can't be bothered with we got fishing to do. They've ramped up their advertising and customer service but not their data and cell service. It's a shame because I like T-Mobile waaaay more than the other 2 big boys in the sandbox but there is a price to pay for loyalty. It's a dog eat dog world and the only thing that really works is speaking with your dollars. Why are the "phone on us" and "add a line" deals are for the new Go5G plans while leaving out the Magenta Max 55+ or Veterans in the dirt. I'd like to get an iPhone 15 Pro on them by adding a line. This is so irritating that long time members are hidden in the closet when deals are put out. I have the Galaxy S23 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S8+5G Tablet and have stayed with T-Mobile even though I get horrible up/down data speeds where I live. The worse part about that is their coverage map show my area as saturated with 5GUC and everything below. 5GUC with strong 5 bars and it's like 3G/4G weak signals. They won't even provide home internet but I'm wondering if it's because the signals aren't true. T-Mobile, have you abandoned your loyal customers as you try to climb to the top? That will eventually backfire on you as customers are getting tired of feeling neglected. And as Bud Lite and other companies have found out, customers realize they have lots of power by getting together and spending their money elsewhere. I hope you guys wake up and start giving your current customers better deals while trying to bribe new customers.12Visto1like0ComentariosRe: slow internet
You're lucky that you get 3/mbs. I have 4 bars on my 5G line and 4 bars on the 4G line and my speeds are (0.22 mbps down and 0.18 mbps up). The coverage map has me in solid 4G LTE and 5G Ultra Capacity. I have solid phone and text it's just my data that is horrible. They don't have any answers.4Visto1like0Comentarios
